Congrats on the new build, I'm a bit of an FDE whore so I really dig it. Though the pistol-build I just finished is straight up 'Scary Black Ri ... eerrr Pistol'. Love the non-rotating pin mod.

I bought my 3rd grader a chromebook because that's what her school uses, and she was familiar with the UI, and they're quite cheap. Also her school links and work were synced since she was able to use her login. I would check with the school to see what they recommend before making a purchase.

Only what I've read online, and mostly very positive. For 112 bucks I doubt you'll do much better. If you are wanting Leupold-ish you would need to step up to their Viper PST line and that would cost roughly 6x as much at least, more if you want FFP. For my mid to long AR build, I expect this optic to be more than sufficient.

Just fair warning, someone I know recently purchased a key from reddit, the key was deactivated by MS not long after the purchase, and the seller, who "guaranteed" the key, won't reply. You may be good to go forever, or for a month. You will likely be better off with Office, than he was with the whole OS. Make no mistake though, these mass keys aren't usually "legit".

I love my 700 build, it's far more capable than I am, with boatloads of aftermarket support. However the action is nothing to write home about, and the stock trigger is decent, but not amazing. My next bolt-action is going to be a CZ.

Probably my favorite movie of the year. The Babadook was also pretty high up there on my list.
