I put my Grandparents home in Dublin on the market Feb 1st and had an offer that same day. I removed a lot of wallpaper and repainted. Had probably 10 showings lined up the first day and the second day. They made an offer, I came back with a counter offer and they accepted. We close the 20th. Talk about a quick sell. Now I am just dealing with the home inspection to finalize the contract. You will usually get a lot of action the first few weeks after the listing shows up on radar.

70 Monte Carlo , dad bought it for me from a friend for 150 bucks. Wrecked it a week later fish tailed it around a corner and took out the neighbors mail box.

The oil filter on my altima is a real pain in the ass to get to, so I used Amsoil European 5W-40 Synthetic with a Amsoil filter. Going to see how miles I can get out of this change. Its a 99 with 250,000 miles. No leaks and no oil burning so its worth it to me.

I had an old 95 325 bmw that was totaled and I found someone that came and picked it up for 1200 bucks. Im going to try and go back and find the info. Its been a few years.

Well its time for me to find a new home for this little guy. He is an AKC registered male(not fixed). Born 7/3/13 House Broken Sleeps in his pen and does not mind being in it at night time or even during the day. This is not necessary, eventually we were going to do away with the pen, but for now it works. I have all his paperwork/records and certificate . All his shots are up to date. Good around kids. He is a lover not a fighter. I just used that chase estimator. The address I typed in gave me a $266,050--$359,950 Est. Value. That's a wide range. Zillow was 334k a month ago now zillow says 320k My realtor wants to list this home for 329-339k This home is in Dublin with 2318 sqft. Prices are all over the place. No one way to pin point it down the way I see it. Grandview real estate is high $$$

Well could not find receipt but mine came directly from >http://www.cmcmags.com/Powermags.html I have two black stainless and two regular finish. For some reason the polished ones seem to go in and out easier. Could just be me over thinking it. Also I think the prices have went up in the last couple years.

Chip mccormick power mags have been very reliable. Bought 4 of them couple years ago. Need to find the receipt and I will give you more info. Can't go wrong with Wilson's ,both good.

From my research even the best brass is not worth much. I have done some recycling in the past with copper and stainless steel. Never thought much about brass though. When it goes out to the trash man someone one will pick it up I'm sure.

Size is 48" wide, 22" deep, 48"high. Does come with the chair. Not sure of the brand. Its not solid cherry. Just cherry finish. It seems to be a very solid desk and in excellent condition. Im sure this desk would cost over 1000.00 new with out the chair. $ 400.00 with the chair included. My grandmother used it for a short period of time. Its clean she had no issues with her health other then her memory. It has always had a protective mattress pad/cover on it also.

I have a 1 year old king size mattress/box springs purchased from Max Mattress on Sawmill road. Brand is a Restonic semi firm . I think it has a 10 year full replacement warranty. This was used very very little since I moved my grandparents into assisted living shortly after I purchased it. Paid close to $ 1,000 . I need it sold now. $375.00
