Old/older person pulled out in front of me yesterday on riverside dr. They were pulling out of there driveway. Lucky for me the roads were not busy and I had plenty of room to react. If I ever get that bad I would want someone to take my license. Driving a buick park avenue.
I would actually rather drive my old 99 altima with all season tires over this on days when it is ice and just a few inches of snow. I just feel more stable closer to the ground.

Now if we talk about a lot of deep snow ,the truck will do the job.
That was a good deal. I would have jumped on that also but was not home at the time to get a rough measurement. My french doors are shot and want to replace them with a slider type.
That is going to look nice when it's all done. You will definitely have a one of a kind C5 Z06 and having everyone ask you is that an original color ???
When I was in grade school (Grandview Heights) I walked to school, back home for lunch, back to school, then back home. Probably a one mile walk each time. Never thought nothing about it back then. It was just called winter time.
Thanks for the info . If I have to go that route I will. I bought the whole set a few years ago for 300 and never thought about trying to get the spare at the time. I tried craigslist with no luck. Been checking Ebay also.
Slim chance I know but I need just one of these for a spare. They are the H2 painted or chrome does not matter. I think they are 17x8.5 or 17x9. This style here >http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc178/1fstws6/70%20Chevelle/IMG_20131210_142435_566_zps4848f3fb.jpg
Why did they have to do wrap around rear tail lights ? Not a fan of those. Should have kept it more like the original 69 Camaro. Maybe even copy the RS/SS design.
The TRP is hard to beat for a middle of the price 1911. The checkered front and rear straps and Tritium 3-dot night sights were a big bonus for me and Springfield Armory's service/warranty is pretty good also. This is my 4th Springfield 1911. The only thing I did not like on this one was the two piece guide rod which I changed out for a Wilson one piece.
Netflix for the convenience > I was addicted to house of cards/breaking bad/orange is the new black was ok. Ever since we dropped cable, netflix has been a life saver. Movie selection is pretty good. I can always find something interesting on netflix if the local channels have nothing on.
Sometimes you have to look at the bigger picture . Accepting help does not make you lesser of a person. I went thru a similar situation years ago with having no insurance and making a deal with hospitals and doctors to pay off a large debt. It was not easy, if I had offers for help it would have made things much easier
Yep you really can't go wrong with that old set up. That ccw wheel has been around for a long time . I'm really surprised I still have my wheel set up. I use to change wheels and tires all the time on my cars. My Fikse's are anodized black with the polished lip also. I guess I am like the old saying stuck in a rut. I still think I would go with satin black/black lip wheel.
This is a tough one. I want to say the satin black with a polished lip to be safe but would really like to see that gold on white combo. I'm not to sure that I would like the black polished lip with the satin black center. I have never seen that combo.
I would go with one of these over the ones posted above for a 50-60's street rod/truck. I found quite a few that I think would look good. What color is your truck ?
