  1. Well, I had to lift at the 1000' mark... next pass will be a full run if all goes well. Details. 1.40 60' 5.687 1/8th mile 125.23 1/8th 8.98 1/4 mile 137.96 1/4 mile simple math shows this would have been a 8.70 pass... We will see what we can do. http://www.lsxpowered.com/showthread.php?p=953#post953
  2. Thanks for all the kind words... I'd love to post it up if I was allowed, but I thought it was a good write up. They have to make a few small changes but it should be out mid Oct.
  3. Yeah, I cant post the pics, they sent them as a PDF but said I can't post them yet. The article will be out mid October.
  4. I too am a big VFR fan.... love the SSWA. I had an old 85 VF1000R and almost bought the 800 when it came out. Nice pics and nice bike.
  5. So Corvette Enthusiast is doing a feature article on the car and they sent over some rough proofs for me today. Cool layout and very classy write up (of corse I'm biased) I can't wait for it to hit newstands! It is also the issue that will be handed out at SEMA.

  7. pic Taken yesterday http://thecarlylefamily.com/images/motorcycles/dirtbike.jpg
  8. It is a 2001 and looks like it maybe 6 months old... kid just rode it around in the yard. Always serviced at Honda NW.
  9. I just had it serviced this year. Starts first kick. Kid is outgrowing it so I need to get him a bigger bike. Have title and both keys.
  10. I have a 3.42 which is the only gear that will fit in the c6z rear end... With that I am currently running a 28" tire but also have a 26" (don't run it for obvious reasons). I do have some options that are up for consideration. 1) convert to a solid rear axle (this idea would completely destroy my car as it is today but add obvious benifits) probably will never happen. 2) rear spindle kit that will allow for smaller brakes and 15" rims with a 28" tire that has some real sidewall. option 2 is the more likely choice, but the cost and time have kept me from doing it this season with all the other changes. I'd bet that the car comes out next season with 15" wheels. The changes we made this week should allow me to get my 60' back and with the extra power I am expecting 8.80 or better. My first pass in Indiana was a 9.5@155 on 7 cylindars with a 1.91 60'. Lets subtract the .52 seconds to my usual 60' and that is a 8.98@155 on without 1 cylindar! Now lets add that back in and that should allow for a bit more... I am excited for Friday... Should be fun!
  11. Should have the car out at the track rental on Friday! looking forward to it!
  12. was a good time! Thanks for the trophy for my bike. Hopefully next time I can bring the Vette.
  13. Congrats Ray! Great run with that 9.03! I will be gunning for you soon. Maybe we will be ready to grudge race on Friday.
  14. Right around the corner from my house... I should be there.
  15. No cutouts but the mufflers are race mufflers so they aren't too restrictive. Not sure if we will even mess with the sheet metal intake anymore since we can make so much power with the stock one. Maybe we will put a lsxr 102mm intake and TB on it so we can stay in the efi class.
  16. The guys at IPS really built a quality kit here... custom headers, custom spec turbos, custom designed and built intercooler, all custom intake and downpipes. Everything was built from scratch and it looks amazing! Can't wait to get it on the track. I hear there is a rental coming up...
  17. I know this graph isn't 1132, but it was the graph we stuck with since it was so smooth. We think it will be better than the 1132 pull on the track. We actually saw 5 pulls over 1100rwhp!
  18. That's right! we just got done dyno tuning the new setup! We replaced the APS TT setup (nothing is left from APS at all now!) with a new fully customized IPS TT setup. We made a few passes and the best one was 1132RWHP. We backed it down a bit and will be racing on the 1075RWHP version. All of this was done through a 4L80e with an UN- Locked converter! Dyno graph coming soon...
  19. Have room for 2 more if interested PM me. 1/2 no limit $200 buy in with rebuys no rake Starting at 8:30ish
  20. TTT need a couple more players for tonight.... economy got the best of a couple
