  2. Weight is 52/48 car is 3300 with me in it (with weight bar). Weight bar is 100lbs all in the back
  3. Many people have asked that... My v300sd+ smart wire monitors everything.... The logs show me at full throttle for almost a second after the chutes were deployed.... I wait for them to "pop" before I lift.
  4. All I will add (and I probably know a decent amount of this) is that all the employees that were worthy of working at IPS are still there.... Noone that was lost in this debacle will be missed. Stay tuned to IPS's build threads because I saw 2 1000rwhp+ 5th gen Camaros getting worked on, a 1000+rwhp 4th gen Camaro a bunch of C6's with varying power ranges, at least 1 low 10 second Trail Blazer and all the usual rice burners. I know of at least 5 techs and a bunch of other employees working there ever time I stop by.
  5. I will see if we can get that on the schedule...
  6. check here for a ton of build pics... build pics
  7. 3200lbs with driver now... and yes the 315 Mickey
  8. This was all at Maryland International Raceway... I was there all weekend long. For those that want to know where I am racing, just friend me on FB or check on my website.
  9. I went 7.79@195 pedaling on one pass... On that pass my 1/8 was a 5.25@142... Thats 53 mph out the back. The 7.68 pass would have been 205+ had it been clean. Car is getting twin chutes this week and will be back out soon for a low 7@200+
  10. Yeah, that pass it spun pretty much the whole track... I pedaled it multiple times trying to get it to hook... we did end up going 7.68@160 earlier today... again pedaling it through the back half of the track... we went a best of 1.27 60' best 1/8th was 4.90@150 best 1/4 was 7.68 best MPH was 195MPH.... working on getting it dailed in...
  11. we have more videos but they require editing.. this one did not...
  12. Jamie, first I'd like to say congrats! Not only was that smoking fast, but you were driving the hell out of that car. Second, it looks like we will be ready really soon to start testing, once we get it figured out I'll let you know. I'm not going to call you out until I think the car is ready to race you. That would be stupid to call you out before the car was shook down and figured out, but once it is I think it will be fun to line them up.
  13. car's not done if my motor ever comes we will be out...
  14. I obviously didn't read this well enough before I posted... Please do not tell him I sent you LOL... Sorry about your issues, he has always been great for me to work with.
  15. I too went to Central Ohio School of diving... David Roesch did my training and he was a great instructor. For wreck diving I've enjoyed quite a few wrecks in the Atlantic. LPFSTheFett and I have been to a half a dozen or so wrecks off the coast of South Carolina. Another fun dive is Megaldon Tooth diving... I have a few that I dove and found and that was a lot of fun. I've been on some Really great reefs as well, if you get into diving, I'd recommend getting an underwater camera as well, it will help a ton with the memories. Some of my favorite dives have been Night diving at the Pier in Bonaire, Diving on the Vermillian (a wreck in 100ft of water 60miles off the coast of Myrtle Beach, SC... There was a 9ft tiger shark on that wreck too), The Great Barrier Reef in Australia, and my deep water checkout dive was an "interesting" dive too. It is a great past time and I would strongly recommend it.
  16. I havn't bought those, but I have run thier axles on all by builds. Not sure how much power you are trying to make, but they have been great for me and have held up to 1800rwhp so far! Call Frank and tell him what you want to do and he will make axles to support it! Tell him Mark sent you
  17. Yep, since the very beginning... I have run thier axles and drive shaft. This year they built my drive shaft, axles, and 9" housing. Drive shaft shop is the BEST!
  18. Coil on plug would have been "ok" but we are really trying to get everything out of it we can this year... so we decided to go to Kurt Urban's Distributer setup and external crank sensor. This way we know we won't have the issues we have had in the past. It was fun when it was a street car I could race, but now it is a RACECAR!
  19. That's pretty cool! wish there was better video but glad to see them fighting back.
  20. So where are we setting up the new drag strip?
