Ah I thought they went in 2015 to the 9 game format...I love the captains for the same reason as Zack and think it's crazy there is 8 of them, seems a little excessive. Not real sure how I feel about Braxton being a captain when even Urban has criticized him on not being that great of a leader. Said he needs to become more of a leader..

This thing is crazy lol. I have some extra wheels/tires laying around if you need some spares.

Two deep released today. Lots of freshman in it: http://www.elevenwarriors.com/2013/08/25147/ohio-state-football-buffalo-depth-chart-released#more 2015 will see OSU play twice in 5 days then. They only have 10 games scheduled and only 8 conference games. So for sure 1 more conference opponent will be added which will take place either Sept 19th, Sept 26th or Oct 31st (Give me Wisky or Nebraska at home for a night game). I wonder who the other team will be to fill in as game #12 in Sept. Sept 7th- @Va Tech Sept 12th- Northern Illinois Sept 19th- Open Sept26th- Open Oct 3rd: @Indiana Oct 10th: Maryland Oct. 17: Penn State Oct. 24: at Rutgers (Oct. 24) Oct 31st: OPEN (Could see either Wisky/Nebraska go here for big time night game on Halloween) Nov 7th: Minnesota Nov 14th @Illinois Nov 21st: Michigan State Nov 28th: @Michigan

Also read OSU has 3 games to fill now for the 2015 schedule, I wonder who they will add.

Building my kid a lowered radio flyer wagon

Money talks, I have another radio flyer here already that I am going to build. I could use the money I make off the lifted one I got today towards getting my car tuned. Oh yeah, I extended and painted the handle, also replaced the side markers with some CRB 1000rr lights. They are a little darker amber and have a black trim panel rather than the 1980s chrome. Pic quality sucks, blame my IPhone, I do http://i793.photobucket.com/albums/yy218/guy_from_nerk/1236284_10151819464161907_1575905656_n_zps97ea5179.jpg -

Picked up another one today at random. Me and my buddy was cruising home from the junkyard down a side street and saw a guy hauling this in his other wagon. Stopped and asked if he wanted to sell it, told him I would give him $20 for it. Thing is set up for a motor, has the axle on it still. http://i793.photobucket.com/albums/yy218/guy_from_nerk/1185883_10151818693426907_449744666_n_zpscdae6f36.jpg -
2015 class off to a good start, picked up a commit from 4* Eric Glover Williams. Not real sure where he is going to play in college as he is listed at RB/WR. Good to see kids committing early, I really wish more kids would do it and start recruiting others to join them.

Bwahahaha, he has a model engine already. His grandpa bought it for him for Christmas last year, it is clear so you can watch the rotating assembly rotate and lights up when the plugs are firing. I don't want to put a motor on it honestly. I don't have a truck of my own so hauling it would become a real issue. I do agree with gold lettering on it. I have thought about doing the Radio Flyer font but spell out Daddy Built. I have also joked about putting a parachute on it, just gotta find one that fits. -

He really wants lights that actually work on it, so I am gonna figure out how to mount a 6v cleanly without screwing up the body. I think I can just mount it in a box on the rear under it and hide it with a license plate. -

The handle isn't done, due to me having to stretch it. Being 6'6 has disadvantages sometimes lol. The wagon tries to pull wheelies if I pull it in a comfortable standing position. I think I am just going to paint the handle black after I cut/weld it honestly. -

I just think people like to put their input in on everything really. It's just the day and age we live in with social media and forums. Oh well, moving along. Mounted side marker lights on it today, i'll await the negative comments about these lol http://i793.photobucket.com/albums/yy218/guy_from_nerk/1005794_10151816472266907_477485438_n_zps52356d29.jpg -

I read the same type of responses when someone submitted a video of my son pointing out my turbo to Jalopnik. People posted nothing but comments about how it was smart to let him touch a hot turbo, as if I would ever let him do that, or how it was smart to teach him it was ok to touch the car whenever he wanted...cmon now. -

I'm standoffish? I have reason to be, have you not read this thread? There is maybe 3 positive comments out of 4 pages lol. Of course I am going to be standoffish when people question me putting my kid in harms way. There is space between the wheels and the tub, he knows to keep his hands inside the wagon, it will not be getting pulled very fast at all. No shit, and people wonder why there is a current generation of pussies running around. It's not like the thing is going to be doing 90mph with him in it, at best it may go 1mph. I am so glad I created this thread, in typical CR fashion it has been a real great experience :lolguy: -

And I am sure I have thought about this as well. Last thing I would do is put my kid in harms way -
I'm not sure if it's horseshit or not, just what we was told after being stopped leaving some races lol.

Well i'll worry about him, you just worry about you :gabe: Thanks! It won't be for sale anytime soon. I have thought about picking up another wagon to build and flip possibly. Although with as much money as I have in this one, I don't think anyone would pay enough for me to make a profit or break even honestly. Wagon: $20 Sandblasting: $30 Powder Coating: $50 Hubs: $61 Wheels: $50 Metal for frame: $40 Misc Nuts/Bolts/Pins: $15 Total: 266ish Having a happy kid: Priceless I still have to buy stuff to extend the handle, which shouldn't be too much. You can buy wagons already done, but doing it yourself is cheaper. The one site I found that sold these wanted $479 plus shipping for basically the same thing I built at home. I am getting ready to build a 4x4 inspired one for 2 of my nieces. I am hoping I can find some ways to save money (looking into different sandblaster/powder coater). Places like, bmikarts.com, Lowes and Tractor Supply Company were very helpful in building this. That is really the only 3 places I bought anything from. -
We was told by a cop a couple weeks ago that it's the same charge regardless if your racing or spectating...
