DB Najee Murray supposedly kicked off the team for "unspecified rules violation". Rumors are he is looking to transfer to Louisville, seems like everyone is going to Louisville all of a sudden. "Ohio State sophomore defensive back Najee Murray has been dismissed from the team, sources told Eleven Warriors. The Steubenville native’s exit was due to a violation of team rules. Early indications are he intends to transfer to Louisville. Murray, an OSU Scholar-Athlete, was expected to be a contributor on special teams and in the secondary during the 2013 season. He played in six games last season, mostly on special teams, until a torn ACL in practice ended his year. Murray accounted for three solo tackles. He entered Ohio State as an All-State player and earned co-defensive player of the year honors as a senior. Murray’s absence does not shakeup the starting lineup, but it puts a dent into the Buckeyes’ depth. Redshirt junior Bradley Roby’s status is still up in the air following an arrest for misdemeanor battery. But all indications are he’ll face a suspension of an undetermined length."

No I am not kidding. Where was you sitting at? I was right next to the old Ruby Tuesday's which is usually right in the thick of things. They towed atleast 2 trucks while we was sitting there. There is no parking signs clearly posted at Southgate by the road. We counted 5 cars doing burnouts around us in the hour and a half we was there before leaving. We also watched a couple cars get pulled over for doing burnouts on up the road from where we was sitting. They placed a motorcycle cop right on the corner by Ruby Tuesdays forcing people into a single line of traffic and had cops parking on the water as I mentioned earlier. I am not the only one who left tonight feeling like this, just the only one posting about it haha. No, they have allowed it the last 20+ years with no issues. Hell most years the cops just sit there and don't pull anyone over. Now they are shutting it down at 11pm, forcing it to 1 lane and just being royal pricks. For the people of Newark/Heath this is almost a tradition. I can't tell you how many cars suddenly come out that you never see otherwise (local cars).

Don't waste your time! They have absolutely turned this event into a shit hole. The Mayor of Heath is a real genius let me tell ya. He has this idea of forcing everyone southward on 79. There is not really anywhere to sit down there. In order to succeed they put no parking signs up in Southgate (the biggest parking lot in Heath), were towing vehicles who still parked there. They also had cops parking on the street over top of areas where water had been thrown for burnouts. They also forced everyone into 1 lane of traffic either way. I have been going for the last 13 years and I can easily say I won't be there tomorrow night because of this. Figured I would give everyone a heads up and maybe save you some gas/time. I really hope all the Mopar guys decide to take the cruise elsewhere and stick it to Heath.

I pay no mind to what others think, in fact the more people talk shit the more it pushes me to continue on lol. My kid is a total gearhead in the making, ask anyone on here who has met him in person. Hell we had to go to Mopar tonight in Heath because he saw racecars and wanted to go see them. I would never do anything for attention through him. Yesterday my buddy called me asking if I wanted to buy some more rims/tires. Since only 2 of my rims matched and I really want to run 4 slicks I said sure. I also picked up all the materials we need to build the frame and axle. I did have to re-order the hubs since I bought the wrong ones, ooops! I also dropped the body off yesterday to my buddy to get powder coated, he had a color chip there and I love it. This kid drives around town like a complete asshole! After the kid was stopped for this incident, he was allowed to drive his car home and has been spotted around town in it. Idk who his dad is, who is mom is blowing or what, but if this was anyone else we would've been fucked royally, our car impounded and most likely put in cuffs. For his 97 in a 65 he lost his license for a month...according to court documents he has only had them back for 3 months. I don't think the cops are going to fuck with us at the meet, we was out last night at the parking garage downtown and there was cops there training a k9, they told us it was ok for us to sit up there. Hell maybe this will prevent people from driving like idiots at the meet FWIW the kid wasn't even charged with street racing. We looked it up last night and they only got him for the speeding charge, the news is just running with the racing part.
