I started this last year with a few friends and it turned out better then I ever expected it to, goal was 50 cars and 100 toys, we had over 60 cars and 252 toys collected plus 2 bikes. This year the goals are higher with 100 cars and 300 toys in mind. This isn't a car show by any means so don't be afraid to bring out whatever car you wish. Last year we got lucky with 60* weather, hoping for the same this year. Its a great excuse to bust out your car one last time for the year plus you feel great afterwards knowing you helped out some needy children. I know the economy is rough therefore the only requirement is everyone buy 1 Boy and 1 Girl toy. I don't care how much or how little you spend doing this. I had people donate 2 boxes of crayons last year and I had others donate 6 toys. I would prefer everything to be bought at Meijers since they allow us to hold the event there and it shows them that we are thankful for that. However I will no turn down toys bought elsewhere haha. The toys are going to be divided up this year, most going to The House of New Hope foster home here in St. Louisville on route 13. The remaining toys will be taken to the salvation army just as we did last year. I have a police escort lined up to help make this go as smoothly as possible. If anyone has any more questions feel free to ask, I will do my best to answer them asap! Oh lol, I love the fact that I rarely bring my car out besides the track. Havent raced anyone in months, down play my car, try talking my way out of racing...yet still get shit talked on for thinking "my shit doesnt stink". The best part here locally is if me or Alex isn't out, the fastest car in the lot is probablly a 14 second car on a good day. Oh and that 50+ cars have Daddy Built stickers on them rolling around town lmfao, only in Newark

Adam your car runs very well, I thought I had you for a few seconds and then I saw some taillights, shit happens. Atleast I collected $14 of the $40 I owe you by just standing in the parking lot lol. I think my car needs some more fine tuning. As I was telling Phil, I litterally just got it back from the dyno.My anti lag isn't really setup like it has been at the track and belive it or not there was spinning from the slicks. I had several friends I had not saw in quite a while and some that have not rode in my car at all who were out last night, thus the reason I was taking drive down the main road, wasn't a look at me look at me situation, more of a "hey I want to ride in your car" deal. The shit I am hearing said bout me is more upsetting than any loss would ever be to be honest. I am anxiou to see what your car runs at the track as I am interested to see what mine does too. BTW I didnt go home to get more gas, I had enough in the tank. I went home to get the slicks cause if not these races would've been a lot worse, 130+mph burnouts FTW. I will say this, the Newark meet puts any Sawmill event I have been to in the last 2-3 years to shame. You don't actually see people interacting outside of their normal group at Sawmill, here everyone was talking to everyone. I think most were just appriciative to see that many cars in small town Newark.

BTW best part of my night personally was me chasing down a pickup truck on a Honda Ruckus. Assholes came through driving like idiots, left came back nearly hit a car. So I am on the Ruckus and decide i'll go catch em in the parking lot. They turn on to a main road, so I follow. As I am yelling for them to stop they are talking shit to me. The light turns red, silence as I approach them. I tell them to stop drving like fucking idiots as there are a few kids over there. A nervous "ok, sorry" is given to me by the 4ft tall driver. Needless to say they didnt return and no one drove like assholes in the parking lot I hope a video of this pops up lol
