Yeah exactly back then they had the draft and was mandated to go. If its something you really want to do then you need to break yourself down and find out what is stopping you. I had to do it with myself, at first it was a gf holding me back, then it was friends. But after breaking up with said gf, and seeing friends struggle to make ends I decided that it was something I needed to do. Most times the biggest set back in going is your own mind

He's abusing his powers just a tad. Hopefully the department he works for isnt shady. I filed a complaint with Heath about being harassed and nothing came out of it but more harassment. It got so bad for me that I literally had to quit driving my car through heath. They pulled my dad over one night in his car thinking it was me and once they realized it wasnt they just told him to have a good night. Some cops are good and do their job correctly, others like to take advantage of the power a little shiny badge gives them. Sounds like to me that you need to first file a complaint with those above him, if that doesnt work have some buddies catch him off duty and give him a good ol talking. If that doesnt work then catch him off duty for a good ol fashioned ass whooping lol. Hopefully it doesnt get to steps 2 or 3. Just be prepared for the worst, if you complain and he gets in trouble I almost garuntee you that anytime he has a chance to bust you for the dumbest thing he's going to do it.

Every person I have ever talked to with Military expeirence, old or not have all told me to go! They said travel the world, learn new things and meet good people...plus you get paid for it. Now I havent met many Vietnam Vets but my uncle was a tunnel rat during those days and hated his time in the Army, but then again he was sticking his head in a hole praying no one was home!

Lets take a look at the last 4 recruiting classes for Michigan which would be Seniors this year 10th 2008 12th 2007 13th 2006 6th 2005 Now tell me that Michigan has no talent, they just dont have a coach that knows what the fuck to do with that talent.. BTW rumors abound that Dick Rod may be in talks with Clemson for their opening. He has a clause in his contract where the only school he could leave for would be Clemson..... I dont think he's going to leave, but if he does what will that say about the guys character. Also what makes people think he is a great coach? Coast Gaurd is extremely hard to get into. I would say: Air Force Navy Coast Guard Army Marines And yes make sure you get a job that will apply to the real world, all the guys in infantry that are real jarheads will end up working at Wal Mart in the shipping department their whole lives and bitching about it. No one is really hiring snypers these days. If you can get into the medical field or some type of aviation field those would be the 2 best. My cousin was an MP and cant find a job as a cop

Im leaving for the navy here shortly. Im going to be a Medical Corpsman. Which is pretty much a nurse for the Marines since the Marines are owned by the navy and use their medical staff. My first choice was the Air Force but they didnt like my driving record, so I went Navy instead. I figured the Navy will get me to see the most places especially if I go out on a boat, more then likely im gonna be playing in sand. Its all about what you feel is best for you, just remember they will tell you anything and everything you want to hear just to get you to sign. Make sure before you sign anything you get it in writing. 1 thing I can tell you about Army/Marines, they can and will change your job on you. They do not garuntee you a job like the Air Force or Navy, but they do garuntee you the training. The only job you are garunteed in the Army/Marines is infantry...your a soldier first. Dont buy into all the Bonus money talks that the army will throw your way, because there is hiden catches behind them. Such as the first time you slip up and get in trouble say goodbye to your bonus. Just look into it, there is great videos on youtube about millitary boot camps and millitary life.

Wait and see Michigan is nothing like West Virginia. The alumni and boosters actually care about their schools football team. He came in and fucked up tradition by giving the #1 jersey to a freshman DB which everyone knows the #1 jersey goes to a WR. So what does he do, just pulls the #1 jersey out for the year so no one has it. Then switches the uniforms to look identical to WVU with that gay ass yellow stripe running along the side of the jersey. Their next recruiting class isnt looking too great and the 2010 isnt off to a real impressive start either. The thing the kept Carr in Michigan so long was he could beat OSU, what happened when he started losing to OSU, he got ran out of town. Rich Rod wont beat OSU in the next 4 yeas, the talent level is totally uneven. Yes they did beat Wisconsin, but who in the big 10 hasnt beaten them this year

Cause there is no way in hell Boeckman is coming back as the starter, the offense has somewhat of a pulse when Pryor is in the lineup and none when Boeckman is in there.
