  1. I feel bad for Tennesee, they had Georgia on the ropes only to lose in OT. I hate the rule that if a player with the ball fumbles it out of bounds, its a touchback and possession goes to the other team. It doesn't work that way if they fumble at the 50, why change it in the end zone? Make it a touchback but team keeps possession.
  2. Here's a question to stir the pot, was Jordan really that great of a player or was he lucky to play on teams with other great players. Think about some of the players on those bulls teams and how good they really were, Rodman, Pippen....
  3. This has happened to me with Jimmy Johns and Raising Caines. I used to love both, I still really enjoy Caines but part of the appeal was having to go to Columbus to get it. Now they have one in Lancaster and I expect them to continue popping up.
  4. In other "old guys who can still ball" new, Chris Mullins apparently still has a sweet stroke from behind the 3 point line, even at 50 lol http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nba-ball-dont-lie/hall-of-famer-chris-mullin-goes-14-for-15-from-deep--outshoots-kings-players-during-3-point-contest--video--133942047.html
  5. Yeah, even at 43 he was ballin there's no denying that. If he were to get in shape, basketball shape, I think he could still put up 12-15 a game in todays league
  6. They would get destroyed, Jordan 20 years ago would own them. But a 50 year old Jordan? Cmon, have you seen the guy, he's heavy as shit now, no way could he or any of the old school guys guard a freak like LBJ who is in his prime. You know what this reminds me of? Rocky Balboa, they set up the dream match and suddenly everyone including Rocky believes he can go at it again. Except in real life, he wouldn't stand a chance
  7. Umm that footage is from like 2-3 years after he retired, 2006 to be exact. He was 43 and Mayo was in highschool in this footage...
  8. Man that all looks real great on paper, much like the Lions every year haha. I guess that's why they play the game....PS Clevelands total defense is better than Detroits as is their passing and rush defense haha. The Browns give up 18 points a game while the Lions give up over 25. As for the Steelers, I was talking to a buddy of mine who's a big fan of theirs and started looking at their stats. They still don't have a running back with 100 yards on the season, their line is terrible (Ben has been sacked 15 times)
  9. Hopefully the food is on the same level. I really hope Thurmans doesn't become some fast food chain down the road. Part of the appeal to Thurmans is actually going to the cafe in German Village.
  10. If they can somehow go 8-8 I think they have a shot to win the AFC North, that's no joke. Go look at the schedules for the teams in the North, none of them have an easy task ahead of them. I wouldn't be shocked to see an 8-8, 9-7 division winner. Cleveland has: Detroit @GB @KC Baltimore @Cincy Pitt Jax @NE Chicago @NYJ @Pitt I feel confident they can win atleast 4 of those games (Detroit, Jax and 2 vs Pitt) Maybe they get lucky and surprise a team like NE, Chicago or the Jets Cincy has: NE @Buffalo @Detroit NYJ @Miami @Baltimore Cleveland @San Diego Colts @Pitt Minnesota Baltimore Baltimore has: @Miami Green Bay @Pitt @Cleveland Cincy @Chicago NYJ Pitt Minnesota @Detroit NE @Cincy
  11. Seems a lot of Reds fans are happy about this, it'll be interesting to see who they hire to replace him
  12. I sure hope not, that dude is garbage.
  13. As long as they have someone outside of Chris Perez close tonight I will be happy. I haven't been this excited about the Indians since the mid 90s when they was fielding an entire teams worth of Hall of Famers. There is just something about this group that leads me to believe they are capable of going far in the post season.
  14. Go Tribe! The thing I hate is back in April I was buying tickets for $6 cause no one was a fan, now suddenly they are in the playoffs and tickets are $80 plus and everyone is hollering GO TRIBE!!! Playoff team with the 27th worst attendance, talk about fair weather fans
  15. I honestly think if it comes down to 3-4 undefeated teams at the end of the year OSU is on the outside looking in. Clemson's body of work if they go undefeated is better than anyone elses. There is still a lot of season left to go, but there has to be some upsets along the way in order for OSU to make it in. I think Clemson loses 2 games, Florida State and S. Carolina. LSU has got to beat Bama and then maybe OSU will face winner of Oregon/Stanford in the NCG. Top 25 matchups and games to watch this week: #25 Maryland at #8 Florida State #4 Ohio State at #16 Northwestern #15 Washington at #5 Stanford (be nice to see Stanford get upset here and then go on to beat Oregon) West Virginia at #17 Baylor (I smell upset) #22 Arizona St ate Notre Dame (I'll take the Irish)
  16. I wonder what Braxton is saying to him, to me it sounded something like "I told you we would do it" or something to that effect, could be way off though.
  17. Classy move by the Buckeyes after the Wisconsin game http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/ncaaf-dr-saturday/ohio-state-players-line-hug-broadcaster-lost-daughter-204636838--ncaaf.html
  18. $30 firm picked up on these. If they don't sell I will take the rims and scrap them next time I take stuff in. These would be perfect as spare tires for your street kart, bar stool or even a radio flyer wagon. I was originally going to use these for my sons wagon, but ended up getting a complete matching set instead. Here are the tire brands and sizes: 11x6x5 (Burris) 11x6x5 (Dunlop) 11.5x7.10x6 (Maxxis) 6x11x6 (Bridgestone) has a plug in the sidewall http://i793.photobucket.com/albums/yy218/guy_from_nerk/551190_10151895204036907_1201922386_n_zpsf281078a.jpg Located in Newark, you want em you come get em. 740-814-3936 or shoot me a pm
