I have for sale 2 stock gm formula rims in very good condition, they were prepped and cleaned before being painted black prior to being mounted and balanced. Rims are 16x8 and include center caps. Tires are m/t et street tires 28x11.5 for 16inch rims. Tires have less than 30 miles on them and still have the small spots from molding on tread. I am only selling because I have more important things I need to address on the car before I start drag racing. I am asking 325 obo picked up at my shop in Powell Ohio. Really need to sell quick. I agreed when no pre ignition is present less octane=more power, however unless your constantly datalogging your car you cannot tell me that you have no pre ignition preset and that your car isn't pulling time. How am I miss informed that superior quality fuel has additional cleansing benefits? With that being said every car is different, your 88 5.0 may have been designed in your eyes too run 87 however there are conditions that you could be subjected too that will cause pinging even with the stock timing and tune. Too me 20 cents on 4 dollar gas is a 5 percent increase in cost, it isn't worth the risk too me to damage my engine or run less time than the car wants. I'm sure too you im the idiot, however I havent stated anything out of whack other than my assumption that ford put a little more squeeze in there underdisplaced motor. Also without a series of dyno tests on a identical car in constant atmospheric conditions you cannot simply state for sure weather the arguement of additional power is valid or not because you haven't tested a car in this state on either fuel.

You guys can do what want. I can assure you using better quality fuel will not cause a problem provided your not using aviation fuel. I understand that when setup for low octane fuel a comparison of otherwise equal motors will make more more power with low octane fuel when no pre ignition is present. However your cars may be pulling time due to pre ignition with the shitty gas although I was under the assumption mods were an extra compression point above 10 to 1 and I double checked and they are below that, if your not cheap then try a tank of 93 and see how it goes. you guys are the only people i know who don't but its not like I know the world. Some people don't always notice these things but my car runs a consistent diet of shell/sunoco 93 and I can tell you I will deffinately be able to tell if it had anything else in it.

Where are you running 87? Put atleast some 89 if your that cheap but i always run premium in any mustang I owned and everyone i know with a modular mustang runs premium.

I do rolls. Can get you in whenever satisfaction guaranteed I use the top of the line eastwood tool. Some people are cheaper but most people prefer a perfect curve not some jagged shit ive seen from other places.

My buddy has a almost brand new s&w 10mm with two clips and a case. He wants 500 and this is a very reliable piece that is a bit large but still very carriable and 10mm means serious business with some loads approaching the .41 magnum it will put even the baddest fucker on pcp without trouble.

Both slip sockets and air chissels work. The slip sockets work well in most instances but if you have the skill and experience the chissel will do it right. I'm decent with an air chissel but i know some guys who can take most of a car apart and not damage shit. Patience and nice sharp tips help. My vote goes to the chisel because in my experience the twist sockets don't work too well on the spline type lugs unless they are loose already.

Dont get a moser 9inch unless you want a angled torque arm. The pinion bearing size isn't possible to attach the torque in the factory fashion without it being bent to one side. Check out midwest chassis they have a option for every exhaust setup, attach the torque ARM straight on a 9inch and good prices. Either chassis will be sweet

Ive owned a half dozen hondas and they only one that didnt eat atleast 1.5 quarts every 1000 miles was a new 2006 civic. Maybe just bad luck but small oil capacity combined with a high thirst for protroleum is a recipe for disaster especially on people like the dude with the rsx who didnt check his oil for 2k miles.

Okay i just saw you have a 22-2500 rpm stall, deffinately go with the anderson cam and keep the rpms down because you would want a lot more stall if you were trying to spin far past the stock powerband.

Honestly it sounds like you put some money and effort into the project unfortunaely if this has a roller 5.0 block which I'm almost sure it does that will be your weakness. Truthfully the entire stock rotating assembly is known to hold power better than the block. What your build really needed was a main girdle to help keep the main caps from walking. That being said I wouldnt pass 6300 on any regular basis it may last for a while if your not making power but imho its not worth the risk to crack the block in half and dump a shit ton of coolant under the tires. Search block splits some of the carnage is insane. If i were you I would ditch the e303 and get the smallest Anderson Ford motorsports boost/spray cam and keep the rpms below 5800 especially if your going with a supercharger. Then you can not worry about replacing the gt40. The motor should last you a very long time if you keep the rpms down, just remember some people have cracked the stock block at the low 300s with high rpm just not worth the risk after you spent all that money on it

It's probably a good idea to replace the stuff but if this is a ccheap prject I would first start by making sure the bolts for the lower intake are torqued properly by making another pass or two on them before I took it apart since the gasket is brand new.
