I have access to a sandblasting booth and a full paint boot on base a minimum cost. I also have A LOT of time on my hands. I live in a apartment kind of in the ghetto. As long as I an move it to clean I'll be fine. I will be taking pictures as it comes along. I do have to wait until Wednesday for the auto craft to open up.

So I just moved here for flight school and I do not own any furniture. I also only work about 3 hours a day for the time being and will be on this schedule for at least the next three months. So instead of spending a bunch of money on furniture i plan on building my own, and learning about wood working. 1g DSM! Back seat of a civic Trunk of the civic, I got a lot of rug burn from that one.

I am debating what I want to get for my next fun car, or if I even should. My situation now is I am stuck at a army base for the next two years training to be a helocopter pilot. I am in the reserses so in two years I plan on going back to texas to attend school! My primary goal is to save money back for college, but I also want something to keep myself entertained. The basic requirements are as follows. Reliable, I don’t wan t to be blowing stuff up every weekend, though I do enjoy working on my stuff Run 11’s I would like to stay under 10g’s The first thing I have thought about is another Turbo AWD talon, probably a 1g like the one I had, but I worry about the Dd reliability of these and the transmissions. I used to have one and loved it but don't have a lot of experience with them at the higher power levals. I did love the ablity to smoke cars with alot more power then me from stop light to stoplight with the traciton advantage. I have a lot of great memories with my old one, and miss it. It was a blast to drive. Another option I have looked at is a Ls1 cammaro or trans am. You can make creat power with these, they look sexy (t tops), have a great attraction factor, and unlike the Talon, I belive their drivline is way beefyer. I worry about the car being just RWD though. I have never driven one and not sureif I will enjoy it like I did with the Talon. I think I will really miss having the AWD and being able to have great traction at all times, even in the rain and snow. A third option is a Rx-7 with a ls1 in it. I think they look ok, I like the performance of them but I really haven't seen too many inside of my buget which is around 10 grand. I could probably put on together myself, but i am sure it would be cheeper to buy one already done. I do like how along with the DSM, they are not as popular and you don’t see 6000 of them everyplace. I have also thought about getting a bike, though I am not sure if I would also want a car? or if the bike would settle my desires? I would probably get something in the 600 CC. I know several of you have owned both, if not all of these cars at different times so give me some input or advice, good memories bad? Pros and cons of the different cars. I still remember the first CR meet I made with my talon, Linn looked over at me in his camaro and said, I used to have a DSM, I miss it, It was more fun then this car.

Well... I have 1g dsm line in a 91 ecu (i think that is the year) If your interested lmk!

I am going to keep a close eye on this... Any dyno? dose it have the 91 Tb or tranny installed? Do you know if a ecu for a 91-94 with DSm link V2 will work with this?

I wish I could have pushed it all out by one year, so I could have done my job as a Drill Sergeant but I couldn't turn this down. Now, I need to start shopping for my graduation present... will be another thread but I am thinking Trans Am, Rx-7 with a LS'1 or another AWD talon maybe a bike? So, a year ago I posted about how I was about to graduate from Drill Sergeant School. Now a year later, I am now about to graduate from Warrant Officer Canidate School with the rank of WO1. From here I go to Dunker, Sere and then start Initial Rotary Wing school. Figured I would share!

You can do alot more damange to a jet boat in shallow by just flooring it then you can on a propped. A propped boat normally requires you to hit something hard, like a stump or rock.

She is really hot, why else would I be taking her out? Basically I got her number on Monday and set up to take her out to Starbucks on Friday at 4PM. Well Friday rolls around and I get to her house and knock on the door, her dad answer's and I ask if she is there. He is kinda surprised and is like I'll go look. He comes back down and is like she will be down in a min. After 5 min I get the hint that she was not ready, girls do that, whatever, after 10 minuets I am about ready to walk to the car and say fuck it and she comes down. I am already annoyed with her, we get in the car and it goes something like that. Me. So what the fuck, you think I was going to flake or did you flake on me? Her, You never gave me a heads up that you where actually coming, I was laying in bed naked. me. I told you on monday I was going to be there at 4, and again Thursday, WTF over? HEr. I never really make plans, I am always last minuet I was about to go get my nails done. At this point she is putting makeup on and I am like damn, high maintenance, she agues that she isn't, I say something along the lines of yeah right, we might just see the president today too. She then proceeds to severely fuck up her makeup and asks if I'll pull over for a min, for some reason I agree too and she looks at me and I can see. I proceeded to tease her for it and she starts laughing, things are going kind of good now. Then she brings up that she needs to go to the mall and get her nails done. I forget what brought it up, I think I asked her what she liked to do for fun, and she is like I like to drink alot and party. Then just starts to spill the fucking beans about how she never really liked to drink or anything untill her ex boyfriend fucked a 15 year old. She just starts going off about it kind of. I am like, I don't want to talk about your ex boyfriends at all she says, o well this happened back in june or whatever I say, are you not over the dude, he cheated on you, there are other guy's out there She starts to back pedal I make a VERY obvious subject change and ask about the weather She feels awkward lol rest is rather pointless, So we head to Starbucks and get the shit, there is no place to sit so I am like let's hit up this local park down the street and chill. She is like, that's cool WE go there, and talked it was going ok and I was making her laugh she brings up nails again, strike fucking two... Not only is this girl pissing me off, she is really nothing more then just a attractive shell of a girl, minus her going to college, this girl is fucking boring. I am a very cultured guy, I like the Performing arts, Live Music, Museums, racing car clubs, fucking alot of diffrent events that I enjoy going to see. Her primary deal is to go clubbing, and the mall. BORING! We keep talking, maybe a whole 20 minuets into the whole date, she brings up nails again, strike three... I say, Well I better get you home so you can get your nails done. Start car, start driving I really don't have shit to say. She says, well if you where a girl you would understand how important these things are, trying to joke about it and make me laugh. I am not impressed at all She then starts with the sorry bullshit again... whatever, she says awkward. Driving down her street, she asks me, how often do you take random girls to Starbucks I tell her she is the 4th or 5th one this week. That was actually pretty true too! She says.. o... I then tell her. Taking a girl to coffee is a easy and CHEEP date that allows me to talk to the girl and get to know her. It makes it really easy to determin who is worth taking on a second date and who isn't worth it. I drive to the front of her house, let her out, and drive off. At that point, I called up another girl, and this was our second date, and it went really well. AFter the fact I felt a little bad, I then put together ex boyfriend cheated, she is bringing it up to fucking strangers, drinking a lot, kind of sends up the red flag that we are trained to look for in soldiers... So I made this post. Hinsight, I hit her up on face book, Tell her that even though yesterday still sucks, she is pretty, I have texted her a little bit I may try to screw her.
