  1. Looks like a shit heap to me. Good intro +rep
  2. I don't know if they changed based on years, but it was on a 99 or 01 cobra motor. If I had to guess, it should mount to any 4v motor.

You obviously have not met him. What compels you to fight the proven fact that people now think you are a douche? Getting mad at people over then internet about something they pointed out about you is not going to fix anything.
  6. Any year. You're the one considering spending 4 grand on one of the worst mustangs ever. My mustang when I was 18 with liability and comprehensive listed as a leisure vehicle was $26 a month. My 96 z28 was $23 a month, and my 98 z28 is $130 a month full coverage. If you ever think of buying a v6 version for gas economy, you should be shot. The v6 cars are slow and have terrible economy in comparison with the v8 cars with more power. My ls1 gets 28 mpg highway and 17-22 in the city mixed driving, of course you hammer down and the gauge will drop at a decent rate.

What you failed to realise is he only traveled across town because people were actually going to be there (Doc and Major, obviously). Where as anybody and I'm sure Gary is included, knew you would not be there at 7.

False, you're the kind of douche-bag to talk shit, get your shit tossed, and never pay up. +1
  11. When it goes away, clutch in or out in neutral? Regardless, if you take it out of gear then it wont be the engine( well depending on rpm) or the drive shaft, as they are still spinning. Most likely to be an actual transmission problem or transmission mount problem. Back to the Engine part. Does it do this in any other gear? Try using the brakes to load the engine like it would be in 5th or 6th. Is there any vibration at any point in the rpm range in any other gear, or even with out load on the motor?
  12. Right, You should not even need half that list of reasons to walk away. You and your pal are just mad that he bought a piece of shit.
  13. Yeah, the only thing I have seen in this thread is that the guy who bought this car is an idiot. To buy something and not look thoroughly inspect it is on the buyers part. I see that the seller has said it was in better shape, but if the buyer would have just looked it over he probably would have walked away. Nobody to blame but himself.
  14. Pretty much sums it up, watch most of it, at least until he starts calling it dirty names... lol
  15. It's going to be 'south' of here, according to Ganahl. I've seen him be wrong before. Besides, he's using shades of pink and purple to mark the watches/warnings.
  16. my buddy has a 90 or 91 civic hatch. it has a motor in it though, and not much for an interior. Its got a B17 GSR motor in it.
  17. Man from Baton Rouge attempts to return his tundra. They said they'd repair it and furnish him a rental car. Man refuses then runs into the building. Blames it on Accelerator being stuck. No ticket. http://www.2theadvocate.com/news/suburban/83184417.html?index=1&c=y

    ouch!

Sounds like it just happened, almost like he was trying to get a vid of a rod knock and it snapped, plus that is a lot of oil to drain if it was already broken.
  19. never read your thread, but we've had a record cold summer as well... was it July the coldest one ever recorded?
  20. Ingersoll Rand 2135TIMAX, 780 ft lbs of torque in reverse. I'm happy with it.
  21. +1 +10000000 I guess I'm lucky I show for 8 am classes. As a first year student, I have no idea how bad it was in the past. I am sure of however that the 4,300 extra students don't help.
  22. Maybe try you local for dealer? They can order them.
  23. I know that our orders for them is to drain the oil and fill it up with 2 qts of liquid glass, start 'er up and enjoy the show. I'm thinking verse is correct, i believe our actions are only to make it worthless, hard, or expensive to salvage it for sale. Most of these cars, you'll never know if any certain part was missing at the time it was turned in. on the other side, I've heard this too. I haven't looked into facts, cause we havent started killing them yet
