thanks for all the help guys! i never have run a home file server before and i have an old computer box just sitting around, and it seems it would be a better deal to run a server than to buy a external hard drive.

for hosting a private file server. or would you choose something completely different? im open to suggestions, but im not trying to spend tons of money.

i watched the 11pm news, they are calling for 'Nasty Storms' on Saturday and Mostly cloudy on Sunday.

i was out at sonic last night, i parked facing north 'cause i wanted to watch the lightning, i saw a cloud kinda like that, but alot wider, you could only see it when lightning lit it up. it was really windy while i was at sonic... that was maybe 20-30 minutes before the tornado warning.

remember dodging farm equipment "debris we have debris"... lol great movie, this stuff seems to be building in a steady line straight out to indy, and for about 5 minutes 10tv flaked out on broadcasting, and then i guess they were guilted back on the air.

i have never tried to rent a brake line bender from auto zone, you may be able to, but i believe you can but it a a hardware store, its the same as what you use in some copper plumbing applications... AJ, if you know for sure then by all means....

well with a hand held bender, but not bare hands, that runs the risk of cracking/ damaging the line while bending...

yeah you'll need a pipe bender, or sleeve... don't try to bend it by hand. also, what i mentioned was a precautionary statement, which you people dont seem to understand, i never once said it was going to have to be replaced, i only said to check.
