  1. It has air bags.... Not going to lower it anymore than it is already, I almost want to raise it towards stock height
  2. Picked up the gmc My colt/boat hauler http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1212/4798801/9950206/406947222.jpg
  3. I would roll up with 55 gal drums
  4. My next car that actually cost's money is either going to be one of these or a Atom, hard choice! Seeing all these videos makes me want to buy one right now
  5. It currently has a exhaust, unsure if it's been chipped. But I won't be modding it, no point.
  6. Also to add I don't know anything about diesel's so this is why I'm posting. I was going to buy a gas truck but I don't feel like dealing with one while towing through mountains. Forgot to add the GMC after it's been driven idle surges like a DSM... Judging by crawling around on google searches it seems it's just a FPR which is cheap enough to not warrant walking from this truck...
  7. 04.5 so it's the LLY judging by the 2 in the VIN.
  8. So I have been looking for a tow rig for awhile, posted a similar topic on another site but it seems that more truck people are on here. I'm looking to tow a car and a boat, nothing crazy. Here are the two trucks in question: 2004 GMC 3500 Dually, 6.6 LLY Diesel with Allison trans 110k miles, 19.5 Alcoa wheels, airbags in the rear, 6 new tires, side exhaust. Way overkill but I loved the turning radius, it's actually really good compared to other trucks I looked at. 2006 Dodge 3500 Laramie 118k miles, cummins 5.9, stock. Leather. Auto I drive 10 min max to work so I would like to drive the truck to work on most days as well, MPG isn't really a factor in deciding. Money wise the Ram is 1,600$ more and needs new tires, it has four un-matching tires which makes me wonder how it was taken care of... The added costs to purchase the Ram do not matter, just throwing it out there to gauge the price on both trucks. Any input would be appreciated
  9. The only reason I step foot in the place, buy 20 gallons of rotella t6 and leave.

  11. This is what people bitch about these days? Yikes
  12. 2,800$ doesn't seem bad for a whole new unit. My compressor was just replaced two weeks ago, 1,800$
  13. Do those suffer cam lobe wiping like the Elise's? If so pull that valve cover off and check, under a 300$ fix for the new cam
  14. Charlotte a a fun city, have to know which places to hot though as with anywhere. Hilton head isn't near myrtle beach, if avoid myrtle beach and go somewhere else. Charleston or savannah. Hilton head is a bore, isn't much to do.
  15. Ill be enjoying Charleston till Tuesday
  16. Probably in the 60k ISH range including the car...
  17. These have been sitting at my local Subaru dealer.... I assumed they weren't selling..
  18. Haha. I see this guys signature and can't help but laugh at the thread title. I couldn't imagine getting out of a rattle box Evo and into a aventator if I wanted But considering I've had a EVO I would suggest one over the Golf R, people seem to regret purchasing the golf r it seems. Evo has way more potential in every aspect as well
  19. Co worker out of state has one, nothing but positive reviews. I think he has higher miles on his as well now? 90ish k
  20. I've had 900s, 9-3s and 9-5s. All ended up with electric gremlins. Unless it needs something minor that you're 100% sure is all that it needs then go for it, if not run.
