New ford 65mpg car not sold in states
Ry_Trapp01647545522 replied to wnaplay1647545503's topic in Passing Lane
we aren't getting the diesel because our emissions laws suck dick. -
the only reason the entire internet is saying that it will be a 4 door is because aston martin and porsche will be revealing their new 4 doors. there is nothing to support the speculation at all. we do know it will be a front engine car though(no door line in the teaser pic), and that it will more than likely be called the 'urus'(some extinct european bison or something, not that great a name IMO). im betting that it will be a ferrari california fighter

gotta say, i dont think ANY engine has an intake that is as straight up fucking awesome as the giant chunk on the viper V10. -
yea, your a douche. let me explain this. in the race for the candidacy, what republican, in their right mind, rooted for mccain? just about no one. mccain is known for pretty much riding the fence, even if he runs under the republican ballot. fact is, there are for more candidates that are far more right wing that many republicans would like to see in place of mccain. all that said, im still rooting mccain on, and think he will do a great job in office since he seems willing to shake hands across the isle, which is what we need. but if you really think 'mccain = bush' then you need to get a clue. if REPUBLICANS are saying that they would prefer someone more conservative(yea, we were all scared before palin jumped on board), then obviously this arguement is a piece of shit.[/rant]

heres a tip: dont reference "shock" videos that are made up of numerous chopped up clips that change every 10 seconds. 'the zeitgeist movie' uses this tactic and it still doesn't make anything they say on there even plausible. so i guess all those conspiracy nuts must be liberal extremists too, because the video tactics are uncanny. -

damn, makes me envious of the simply life they have over there. its hard work they do, no doubt about it(they dont have unions afterall), but they dont have all the bullshit going on around them either. its just about 'making a living', not 'making sure you dont get sued'. hell of an article, and to think that people complain about his automotive journalism when he writes stuff like this! -
I need to win the lottery so i can buy this

damn confusing guns! lol. thanks, i love reading this stuff!
-
ooOOoo, i see! now that helps a bunch, lol.
-
thanks! i was looking up some guns and thought it might be an M1, but the pics i saw were a little bit different. then again, so many guns have had so many different iterations, lol. that thing is just plain fun to shoot! i love the SKS, but its not quite as fun as the M1.
-
all i have is a mossberg 20g with 2 barrels, but my dad has a russian SKS(fricken cool!): http://www.rfshq.com/upURS/image/5066.jpeg http://www.rfshq.com/upURS/image/5065.jpeg http://www.rfshq.com/upURS/image/5062.jpeg and, i never can remember this one(even though its my favorite, lol), but its a .30 and he said was a marine rifle(carbine?): http://www.rfshq.com/upURS/image/5064.jpeg http://www.rfshq.com/upURS/image/5063.jpeg and, yes, the pics are crappy, but the camera phone is so much more convenient, lol. not a big expensive collection like some of you guys, but cool guns none the less, lol.

hardly. my mom drilled "no sex before marriage" into mine, my sisters, and my brothers brain. did any of us listen? hell no! my sister had her first kid at 17. looks more like "proof that parents cant control everything their children do" to me. im still trying to figure out why, every election year, everyone argues to be "right" instead of comparing the candidates. what is more important, being right or choosing the right one for the job? how about we compare the 2, then make a decision instead of just pointing out the bad of one and the good of the other? they both have positives and negatives, both throughout their careers and in their policies. but, nope, eveyrone just goes with gut instinct and picks one early on without knowing much about either, then, because they cant be wrong, just looks at the negative of the other instead of comparing them and choosing who you agree with the most right off the bat. and the only way to fix this problem is to get rid of parties. not like that will ever happen though. i think its safe to say that this country is cresting the peak, if not already heading downhill. im just voting to slow our descent now.
-
LOL, that is awesome! i would totally rock that if i had something worthy of putting it on.

im assuming this post was towards my post? if yes then, what is your point? the liberals always say "the bush tax cut for the rich", yet, as i pointed out, everyone got a tax cut. that was the point of my post, it wasn't tax cuts for the rich, but for everyone. a tax cut is a tax cut, no matter how little it may be. unless you would prefer that EVERYONE gets taxed more, the rich paying a little higher percentage than your self. sorry, im going for the former. and, as was already pointed out, you think those rich people might have earned that money? or maybe someone in their family earned that money and wanted to give the rest of the family a good life? not sure about anyone else, but this kinda sounds like the whole "american dream" thing. we all hope for the american dream, but God forbid anyone else, besides us of course, earns the american dream. communomics doesnt work.

last i checked, it wasn't the job of the people to care about the family of the people we elect into power. last i checked, it was the job of the people to care about what these people we elect into power do with our country. last i checked, no one gave a shit when biden took care of his 2 sons all by him self when his wife and daughter died after he was elected to senate(he took a train that took an hour and 45 minutes each way from DC to where he lived each day). last i checked, every LIBERAL on the face of the planet gives a shit about palins ability to take care of her 5 kids, 2 of which are old enough to take care of themselves, while she is in office. oh, and, last i checked, she also has a husband to help with the burden. so i ask, why is this persons family of importance to anyone all of a sudden? as i said, no one gave a shit when biden was a single parent taking care of his 2 kids while he was in senate, but why the hell can this married parent of 5 not take care of her kids, with the help of a husband, when she is in office? oh, thats right. because its all a smear campaign, an attempt to distract the fence straddlers of this persons potential. i mean, the liberlas could just go after her credentials, the changes she made while governer, the decisions she made in office, since that stuff is what matters, is what people should be caring about.

too bad that tax cut was for everyone, not just the rich, otherwise that might be a good arguemnt. oh, and check out those clinton(I.E., a democrat) rates, they appear to be higher than bushes! http://www.taxfoundation.org/publications/show/151.html http://www.taxfoundation.org/blog/show/22958.html pro tip: try referencing sources that aren't quite as biased as, oh, democrat.com when making a point or arguement.. BTW, why dont they reference the total cost for some of hillarys outfits? hhmmm...

3rd gen continental hard top sedan(suicide doors FTW!), straight black, lots of chrome, big wheels, sitting on the ground on baggs http://rfshq.com/upURS/image/5055.jpeg (although i say different rims than those, they dont fit the style IMO) -
and the best part of all of this? no matter what the to-be pres or to-be vice pres says, believes, or wants to do, its all up to congress whether or not it becomes anything. as much as i would like to see ID and other possible explanations on the origin of the universe taught in public schools, i think we all know that this will never happen, no matter who the president/vice president is.
