    agreed. having all the cool options only goes so far. do i think dodge has gotten alot better? yes, but do i also believe there is a reason you get all said cool gadgets for less than the competition? yep.

    What skinner said. If you want something that looks alright and gets good mileage, there alright. But dont expect anything more. Even the turbo version is a 17 second car

    My dad just picked up a s&w ar 15 yesterday. It shoots 556, but he is curious if it is ok to put 223 through it.

    I have a 383 sitting in the garage that would put me pretty well in the 11.50 class. Not that it realky matters though, even if i currently had an 11.90 car, still wouldnt waste my time since it still wouldnt be competetive.

    No crying here. I could care less. Im just saying that in their best interest with trying to get people out there. This is something new that really hasnt been done at trails before, and the time they do try this, they basically aim it at a select few

    Your right, but my best is only a 13.67. If some one has a 13.00 or close car and they dont get a horrible light, im screwed

    Cool concept, but they really need to open it up. Maybe add in a bracket race for cars that wont be competetive in those classes. Its just not worth it for me to enter with a mid 13 second car.

    This. I wont own anything with a 3.6. Ive owned 2 cars with the 3.1 and luckily never had issues (sold my first one with just shy of 200k on it and sold the second at just shy of 300k) All 3 of my 3800's are champs. Ones sitting at 167k another at 122k and the third at about 170, and its also made more passes at trails than scott's camaro and pauls neon combined

    Currently in a management position at krogers. it pays the bills, but thats it. cant stand the place. Went to school for computer hardware engineering, but kinda got bored with it and never went that direction. just applied to and went through all the testing to get a job with the franklin county sheriffs office.

    not sure on gas mileage, but thought i read somewhere that someone picked up around 40 hp on the new 5.3 with just a tune.

    nope. not this year. between moving expenses, cars constantly breaking, and having to pay for body work on that pile, leaves no money for that stuff right now.
