We are pleased to announce registration is open for our first BeaveRun HPDE Lapping Day on Sunday October 2nd, 2011. Lappers will be split up into groups based on skill level. Three groups (A ,B and C) will do 20 minute lapping sessions. There will be 3 sessions an hour from 9am until 5pm. Instruction will be provided for group C (novice) drivers. You get 3, 20 minute sessions in the morning and three in the afternoon. Then we call open track from 4pm - 5pm in which your welcome to stay out as long as you for that hour. Come join us for a great event at BeaveRun Road Course. With over 2.0 hours of track time per driver you don’t want to miss this opportunity! Registration is limited to 60 drivers. Tim registered today. Tim was the one that brought the 2008 Dodge Viper ACR and the Ford GT to neslon. Looks like he is bring a 2006 Ferrari 430 and the Viper to Putnam!

I have a block of 10 rooms at each of hotels listed on our website. Although basically you have two weeks before they let the rooms go. So if your going make sure you get registered and a room reserved ASAP. I'm also thinking a few press will be there early to cover the kenny brown event so i'm hopeful some of the guys will be attending our event as well. I spoke with the Holiday Inn express and got a group discount on a block of rooms. I contacted the Super 8 ( slightly cheaper rate) however their systems wer down and couldn't negotiate a rate. I will be following up with them on Monday and posting hotel information on our website. A few things to note if you stay in Cloverdale (closes city to the track) ... the days inn does not have a patrolled lot. The Holiday Inn express does. Every 30 min the lot is patrolled. This is something to keep in mind when booking a hotel in Cloverdale (its in the sticks ). Especially if your trailering your vehicle. Also I have heard very bad things about the Days Inn in cloverdale from others. Stay tuned and register if you haven't already

I spoke to Tim, the guy who brought the Dodge Viper, Ford GT and Lotus. He said most likely he will be our Putnam Event. He mentioned he may also bring a 2012 Mustang Boss Laguna Seca! There will be some awesome cars and drivers at this event. We just had some one register driving a Factory Five Mk III Roadster in group A... Its going to be a great event... As i mentioned a while back. Not only do I organize these events, I participate as well. I will be running with group B. As a driver/participant I put a lot focus on delivering an event that I would want to pay for and be a part of. My criteria for registering for an event include cost compared to amount of track time. I strive to ensure that our events maximize each criteria. Our events are very laid back and I make a point to talk to each and every participant and ensure their expectations are met. I hope you will attend our first event at Putnam Park Road Course! I assure you it wont disappoint! I hope to see you on track! I will be leaving on Thursday evening. For those that are attending from CR let me know. I should be able to get hotel discounts. Also we will be having a get together for participants at a local restaurant for participants, drinks on us!
