  1. There's a 2004 GTO in silver, auto, good mileage in Lancaster at Taylor's. I know this because I scope that car out everytime I cruise their lot. Err...not as good mileage, like I thought. 2004 GTO
  2. Apologies for being a douche, I was just tired of people saying that the fender needs bodywork when I said that I am going to replace it. Thanks for the recommendation as well
  3. No shit? As I've stated before, I'm replacing the fender since a JY one is only 150 bucks, a hell lot cheaper than getting bodywork done. If the PDR guys says it's not fixable then it's off to the body shop. Anyone experienced Precision Dent and Body Repair in Grovesport? Online has good reviews. As for the other recommendations: if I say I'm from CR, does that net me rep points with the guys or?
  4. Saab 9-3 Aero. Of course, I'm a bit biased...you can pick up a manual with like 35-45k miles for under 12k. Mine's been rock-solid.
  5. I am already expecting to replace the fender, that's for certain. I'm hoping something can be done about the doors. The front door is pretty obvious. The rear passenger door has dents at the front and rear leading edge so all I need is those pounded back in shape. There's a crease over the rear wheel arch that I'm pretty sure can be pounded back in shape. I'll be checking out shops this Friday. Dent Wizard and Dent Solutions will be on my list.
  6. Experienced the ice shimmy recently too. It was the first time and the 1.5 hour drive drove me insane until I finally found a carwash to blast off the ice...
  7. My car sucks now after seeing the show. Great jobs!
  8. Hey, I haven't posted for a long time! Mostly because I forgot this was here. Sorry, you're as forgettable as Britney Spears after she shaved her head. Anyway, needless to say, I'll try to post more. I wanted to know if anyone has experienced good PDR shops (paintless dent repair for those who doesn't know what it stood for). Apparently, I can't drive very well in the snow and I sideswiped a guardrail at low speed. I thought it might be worth seeing if the PDR could be done instead of having costly body work done. Here's pictures so you can laugh. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c161/spedponcho/IMG_20110123_171738.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c161/spedponcho/IMG_20110123_171744.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c161/spedponcho/IMG_20110123_171804.jpg The fender will need to be replaced. The dogleg, I don't know if PDR guys can do anything with it but I'm expecting body work on that one. Any recommendations for places would be greatly appreciated!
  9. I think my dentist told me I didn't have any wisdom teeth, must explain why I'm an asshole and lack common sense
  10. I suck at vowels, what can I say?
  11. In the winter, cold enough to get snot-icicles.
  12. Have you tried Rice-zone? Last time I was at Rice-zone in Lancaster, they had them but I'm not sure if there's one in your area.
  13. I say return to stock and invest in some killer rims and paint it black.
  14. Thank you for the nice (ish) welcomes. I'll try and contribute to the forum, after all I'm a moderator over on one of the Bonneville clubs, that must mean I'm doing something right? Beside the abuse of powers, I think I do a good job.
  15. You heard right. It's a FWD car. I was planning on a factory rear spoiler.
  16. That smiley is kinda disturbing...
  17. Wanted to add a pic that demostrates the 9-3's ability of making me a bigger asshole. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c161/spedponcho/Stewie%20the%20Saab/burnout001.jpg Yes, that could be fake as Pamela Anderson's jugs or real. It's real, at least that's what little people in my head tell me.
  18. Good thing it ends in 4,000 miles, eh?
  19. I introduced myself a good while ago. My name is Cody, I used to be a :asshole: until I sold both of my cars (Bonneville and Cutlass) and brought a Saab 9-3 which made me a bigger :asshole: I'm a full-time college student aiming to become a science teacher so I can ruin the children' education. I live in Lancaster where ricers outnumber halfway decent cars. I'm friends with Brian (Gonneville who is full of shit btw) Plans for the car which aren't much: I want to put a rear spoiler on it and new rims. Later on, I hope to purchase a tuner for it which will give me 30 extra horsepower. Here are some pics of my car http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c161/spedponcho/Stewie%20the%20Saab/Saab001.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c161/spedponcho/Stewie%20the%20Saab/Saab016.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c161/spedponcho/Stewie%20the%20Saab/Saab020.jpg
  20. Thanks for the welcomes. I've learned that the Cutlass is more focused as a cruiser instead of a handling car...damn those bridge-to-road connections. They make the Cutlass bounce more than the boobs on Baywatch.
  21. My mom likes the Subie
  22. Not as gay as your cheap tips, Phil...
  23. The Cutty is a 3100. Pretty peppy, more of a mid-range to upper-end car..
  24. Thank you for the welcomes. I just wanted to add that I don't max out on city streets, recently there was a woman that was crossing the street that was hit and killed by a pair of Acuras street-racing... The Cutty has only 69,000 miles and old-lady driven!
  25. Yeah, you heard right. I'm new. My friend, Brian (Gonneville) the man who has the soul of a really old guy that drives a Buick, referred me to this site. I have two boring cars, a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville SE that I've beat the shit out of and blew the motor once, the other is a newly acquired 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme SL that I picked up for 2 grand. The Bonneville has run a best of 15.84 at 87 MPH and maxed out at 108 MPH (pre-INTENSE PCM) I don't know what the Cutty will do but I plan on finding out soon This site seems to be fun...
