  1. Pm sent about a pre purchase inspection.
  2. Have a Air Force guy from up north looking at it this afternoon... fingers crossed.
  3. I've heard at least one story where an owner of both stated the 4spd was a better driver. All hearsay though

    GOP 2016

#feeltheBern The GOP base would not let a woman/minority run as a presidential candidate in 2016 I love Trump shaking it up, but as a candidate...no.
  5. like the top end of a cylinder head eating itself?? that would be horrible M3 is a very nice choice though. i say do eeeet
  6. I'd personally get a CTS-V, pulleys and tune. Have $$$ left over. Comfort, speed, and you wouldn't be a BMW owner
  7. I think I'm going to cut the hole and wait until it rains again. Check for moisture while I'm in there. Brush for the new paint coats?
  8. copy on skimming with mud i'm terribly concerned about mold, because i think the problem is now fixed and short-lived. maybe cut an exploratory hole then patch?
  9. Recently decided to paint a back room that i don't use. During the painting process, I discovered some loose/peeling paint above the window from what appeared to be water damage. Unfortunately, i had already applied the first coat... wall is plaster and lathe, i believe i think the water was leaking in from the gutter backflowing into the house this last spring, as I haven't never seen the peeling paint on that wall in the 8+ years i have lived here. I have cleaned out the gutter and that's not a problem anymore (i hope) the areas above in red came off very easily. The areas in blue came off with some elbow grease. i need to know what to do now. ... the wall is dry to the touch and no structural damage that i can feel. so far, I've found to clean the wall with a bleach solution and let dry. apply a mildew resistant primer ( i have Bullseye 1-2-3) and then paint after the primer has set. other option: tear down and replace with dry wall..

    Smokhio.

Sounds like issue 2 is to make monopolies illegal in the constitution. What if both pass? Would the casinos be grandfathered if issue 2 passes?

    Smokhio.

Isn't there a Ohio constitution monopoly on those casinos? Or am I thinking of that wrong?
  12. I was agreeing to sharing the workload. You guys are pretending that I would need all the energy in the world to keep up with some ankle-biters. Stay at moms and dads get breaks every once and a while. Age tis but a number (after 18 of course)
  13. I said nothing about dumb. Though I have dipped a toe or two in the white trash pool, I would prefer to find a career oriented put-together lady friend. My vision is more of a stay at home dad. It's not like I'm going to hide my age. She will know what she is getting into. The hypothetical woman will know basic math, at least.
  14. I think a lot of you are thinking about how you'd deal with being 50-60 with a job/kids/other responsibilities. My "plan" is no other responsibilities. Wife/kids would be it. Are grandparents not able to take care of children? The daddy issues comment was a bit tongue in cheek. Obviously, I'd be vetting the baby maker.
  15. Lol, a kitchen thread turns into a a thread with useful advice.
  16. Investing more for retirement now makes better sense than trying to play catch up later. If I have kids now, no retirement funds. I have co-workers with kids who are older that haven't saved shit. No Trish, I won't be trolling bars. I'll troll classy places like Walmart or Red Lobster.
  17. all women have daddy issues, just a matter of degree
  18. you're right, money does not equal energy here's a 90+ fitness guru. broke a 200m sprint record for 95 and older. http://30daystox.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Charles-Eugster.png
  19. Billy Joel disagrees. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2015/04/14/20/2791F75100000578-3038882-image-a-49_1429038237000.jpg Pictured his 33 year old GF that he knocked up early this year
