Apparently, this fucking car will have its 14th unveiling at the Italian Stampede that's going on now/soon. A source told me it's running and making 2000hp. I'm saying "source" and not "reliable source" because this kid is under the dwiggles spell.

IIRC, Some reviewers have gotten base model 2-door with a manual Pentastar to do a 6.5 0-60.

I'm not sure how true it is, but TJ forum folks were saying that the 6spd manual in the 05-06 years are "weaker" than the previous year 5spd manuals.

4cyl. are the suck. Radiators, pinion seals are trouble spots. Both mine need replacing. Just for reference, my 02 6cyl. Manual with 98k miles and with 31" tires, lift, fender flares and upgraded stereo cost 10k

This is my thought too. Go through with the eviction.

Exterior is good. Only some bubbling on the rear driver side fender. The floor pans are still good.

2.2 liter with automatic transmission. Engine went bad just over 170k miles. Will need a longblock, possibly just a shortblock. Longblocks can be purchased for $350-$500 from salvage yards. Good: Transmission was replaced with a unit that had 74k miles at 165k A/C and Heat both work great. Timing belt and water pump recently replaced. All lights, wipers, windows, power locks and radio work AWD works great Brakes have a good feel Tires are newer, lots of tread Bad: Obviously, engine Interior is a bit musty because of a sunroof leak Sunroof is now sealed with tape and silicone Suspension is squishy $600

I'm not sure what the real estate laws are in FL, but if I were to look at a house today I would try and find a house For Sale by Owner. I think there are enough resources that a seller and buyer can make an informed negotiation without a realtor. Once a price is decided, take it to a real estate lawyer and have the paperwork drawn up. Save yourself or the seller thousands in the process.

I forget when exactly the check cleared. It was 9 months since I sent the paperwork to the ATF until the paperwork cleared. Actually ordered the gun in January of 2013, paperwork cleared May of 2014.
