  2. Great post Brian, that helps a lot. I really want to pick a cam that just pulls like a train up top, because it seems i find a lot more people willing to roll than to dig. (Nobody likes to bring shovels to races anymore) Also i know what you mean by doing hours of research and still second guessing yourself, but hey ill just have to see for myself once its in the car. Oh, and would you suggest a 113 LSA over a 112 for a street car, since that might help the idle a little and not be so lopey.
  3. Yeah i saw about those spacers too, thats why i posted the link to them up there. PM me your price on the LS2 timing chain and what you would want for the injectors (Not sure if i want to use the LS3 ones but i might have too).
  4. The clutch exploded under normal conditions?!? Nothing else got damaged when it happened right? Any pictures of it? Im amazed that it happened, wonder if there was something faulty with it.
  5. From what ive read, id need new connectors and a spacer or something to make them fit the LS1 fuel rail, i guess LS3 injectors are shorter than LS1 injectors. I believe ill need to use these if i use the LS3 style injectors http://fuelinjectorconnection.com/shop/viewcategory.php?groupid=88 and then ill need the pig-tails from a LS3 motor.

  8. I dont get this at all... Are they paying 20-50million for a customized plate with just " 1 " or " 4545 " and shit on them? Do these plates have any special meaning? And to them money does come out of the ground, just in liquid form.

  10. I think im just gonna stick with the MS3. It was my first choice really and after reading a lot i feel like the only people that dont want to DD it are people who dont want to deal with any bs cause its there daily. I dont really mind so much so im going for it. Just got to make sure i got everything to do the swap before i actually start. Need to grab some arp bolts for what i cant remember, have it wrote down, but cant really wait.

  14. So after thinking alot about the cam i ordered for my car im thinking about changing to a different one. I ordered a MS3 cam from Texas Speed but im really thinking about switching it up. Im going to be running a double spring good for .650" lift and i want something thats going to make good power. I chose the MS3 because i always hear tons of people talking about it, seems like it makes good power, but i don't really know if i need something that big. I do want a cam that screams up top though. So ive been thinking about sending it back and switching it out for something. Ive been looking at the following. Id rather make the power from 3k to 6.5-7k than one thats designed to run 4.5k/5k-8k.

  17. Going to cam my LS1 car (2000 camaro) and im looking around for people who could install it at a reasonable price. I need the cam installed, valvesprings retainers and such, and some more but i just cant think of it now. Probably going to need someone to weld in a bung for my wideband too, just not sure where. Please post here and let me know so i can PM you and we can go further there or just post in here how much you'd want roughly
