So, I'm going to be doing some paint repair on my Z. Ive got some chips out of my front bumper that I'm going to fill, touch up, then polish. I also have some deep scratches which will require touch up paint, some light scratches that I think will buff out, and some fine scratches from improper washing in the past. I'm going to be using the Porter cable 7424, and i'll have an assortment of pads, white, orange, yellow, black, and blue. I was wondering if there are different polishes used for the severity of the damage being fixed, or is it more dependent on the pad being used? I would love some suggestions on polish to use, technique, any pointers you can give a beginner. thanks Dave sorry I dont have pictures, I tend to take pictures from the side without the damage.

I might be trading my 360 outright for a 40GB PS3, but I dont want to give up my HD with my game saves since I"ll just be getting an arcade version to replace the one I traded. So i'm looking for a cheap 20GB harddrive for the unit I'm trading. Figured someone might be able to hook me up with an extra one they might have on the cheap. If not I'll fallback onto craigslist.
