We went down to Ricart to tour the show room floor and meet the "new" Shelby Cobras they are selling there. There was an SHO in the show room floor that grabbed my attention, and I'll have to tell you, it IS a big car! The front fender stood above my hip, and I'm six foot! You should see the room in that trunk too - haven't seen that much room in ANY car in a while! The inside was very nice too - comfortable, and the center console was really accessible (it didn't feel like anything was "far away" from you). I have to tell you... for a car that size? It ROCKED.

What sucks about Indiana is that they allowed unmarked cars (Ohio doesn't). For example... when we were coming back down from Wisconsin last year (we were in the Yaris), I spotted a dark blue Mustang GT just getting back on to the freeway from the shoulder that had just turned the red/blue LED lights off that were inside the car. When I passed him, you couldn't even tell because the tint was so dark. If I had been in the 500, I might have pulled up beside him and tried to get him to race! So yes... careful in Indiana and on the outerbelt in Indianapolis.

I bought a 1970 Bronco in high school - my first truck. I put in a new 302ci engine, rewired it... new exhuast, practically restored the damn thing! It was cool, it had the original column three speed and everything - flat windshield where the wiper came down on the window, instead of up... Sold it to some guy in Lancaster in 2005

I think that's what I'll do. :nod: What about paint? One of the guys at O'Rieley's recommended caliper paint - can you get that in a bottle with a brush?? Or even just using a can of high temp spray paint (like I used), and spraying a bunch out and then quickly brushing it on?

Thanks Bud! I think it's just enough. Unfortunately... you can't really make out the driver side because of the intake that goes over half the damn valve cover. Any ideas on how to do that? I painted the covers with high temp paint (obviously)... I suppose I could mask the letters off and spray them, but that would be one helluva job...
