    New addition

Spendin dat money! Post up some pics when you get it and let us know how it shoots compared to an ar10 variant
  2. Most important to me is a shop that will give me a quality balance and not fuck up my wheels. Then distance/time involved with going there, then price. I'm not spending 3 hours to drive across town and wait to save $30 vs a place around the corner that charges more. That said, tire M&B prices have gotten hilariously out of control lately. $90 to M&B, LOLOLOLOL wtf even?!?
  3. What's autox? Is that like what the kids do in the parking lots with their welded-diff 240s? If you're not on srs tires prepare for gape. Couple of slicks pull quite a premium a week before racewarz
  4. Oh damn, a fitness junkie! Max bench? Max curl? Do you even deadlift, bro? What's your best mile time? APFT?
  5. Welcome, good luck with your project. Look forward to seeing someone's project get done. Get it done before the May 12th NTR rental. Preferably of this year inb4 lsx swap inb4 dsmfapper
  6. Maybe he had dat super sunoco 94 in there? Some sneaky cheater NOS octane bewst in the tank? He had better synthetic oils than you did. And he probably drove around WOT all day beforehand to really clean it out for max powerz! Also I heard his tires were prepped for max dyno-queenishness. But yeah, apples to oranges without being in the same gear. I wouldn't lose sleep over something like that.
  7. Maybe for a rusty, automatic, salvage title car or vert. Reasonably solid e36ms are still $6k-$8k, and a nice one will be even more. The automatics are worth MUCH less, the auto verts are almost worthless. But they're no fun at all to drive. If we got the euro cars for euro prices, I'd be all over one in a heartbeat for the $8k they sell for in ROW. But, the same can be said of all the evos, rx7s, etc that don't have the insane fanboi markup overseas.
  8. For that price I sure hope it doesn't have the bastardized US-spec parts. The price of exclusivity :lolguy:
  9. Ugh, groce. I guess if you want your C7 to look different than your subordinate's C7 and you forgot to option the Z07 package? Man, the guys at the corvette meets will really notice me now!
  10. The front half of your vette is black too :gabe: So are the side vents :gabe:
  11. Yeah I remember laughing about that a few months ago https://www.nytimes.com/2016/06/15/us/politics/congress-women-military-draft.html?_r=0 But sss.gov says nope https://www.sss.gov/Registration/Women-And-Draft
  12. Quite a few of those he just got out first then got reeled right in, but surprising for a fiero. Did I miss where they said what kind of trans/lsd it's running?
  13. So, this is for your wife? NOT for you? Guess you could do worse for a significant-other car. I mean, it's got way more room than a scooter and creeping on VW tdi fuel economy :gabe: I'd have told dat bish to deal with a manual or deal with the bus. Or walking. Or riding a bike, her choice.
  14. Looks like 2015 volts with under 1k miles on them are $25k, and 2014 volts with 8k on them are $15k. Depreciating $5k/year for very low mileage (4k/year) seems pretty brutal. That would pay for a TON of repairs on something like an e46m at the bottom of it's depreciation curve, or even a reliable commuter civic outright. I don't get it man. Hope we still see you at the track.
  15. Very interesting project. Looking forward to some sound clips when it's finished.
  16. ALMOST thought KIA ungheyed for a second, just a little bit. NOPE
  17. There's what may be a Skyranger? or lesser conversion on North st. in short north area. Some goofy lookin ranger with a convertible looking top, I've seen it parked there but never really took a good look aside from "wtf is that abomination?"
  18. I'm not clicking on that, but there's been a bunch of retarded little vw bug pickups on craigslist recently. Like, with the engine in the back and no usable bed at all. Because the engine is back there. LOL at paying $10k for one of those things. Now you don't have to be in this thread all by yourself.

    AK47 magazines

Oh yeah, and another thing- If you have a looser magwell, there is a little variation in thickness across mag types to reduce wobble (if you're into that sort of thing)

    AK47 magazines

I've run standard com-bloc steel, polymer bulgarian 40s, romanian drum, yugo, chinese, and a single of the cheaper all polymer pmags. So far they've all been good unless very badly damaged to the point you don't expect them to work 100%. The chinese? or yugo? forget which, hold the bolt open after the last round which is nice. Forget which, maybe both? you can tell by looking at them because the back of the follower is flat, not rounded. They have the 2 ribs on the bottom of the sides, have to google that one.
  21. Nice car, like the color. Congrats. If I lived somewhere I couldn't stand to drive a manual daily, I'd move. Or find a new job. Or both.
  22. Very nice. Dat suspension I'd be afraid to track it, holy shit.
  23. Yep, I gotcha. I usually pitch the 380 because it's too annoyingly close to 9mm for me but I might have a couple of those floating around. Let me know when you want to meet up, I'm on the NW side.
