Where did you check the VIN? More than one place? Carfax has been wrong before, but it seems like cause for suspicion at the least.

David be aware that for some in the firearms community CTD refers to "Cheaper Than Dirt" which is a mail order place for tacticool accessories and often carries chinese junk at ripoff prices. Some of their stuff is okay though.
I don't know if that will affect your CTD marketing at all, but heads up.

Some NG units are drilling this weekend. If there were REALLY a significant radiation issue, people would be picking it up all over the US, into Canada, and just about everywhere else. No worries.

I would only need maybe a yard and a half. There is a place on 97.1 that advertises they deliver 5 yards for $10.

I'd guess that's just the delivery fee, because a cubic yard of mulch is usually closer to $30-$40 unless I'm mistaken.

My dad uses Jon's Auto up on rt 4 by Marysville. He does tons of work on TDis and is super friendly and knowledgeable. I can't remember how much it is, but I thought it was under $300?

Yeah, I think the prices are a little high also, but it's up to the person what they are willing to do and pay. I take care of the oil changes on most of our vehicles, but the dd honda gets VIOC (I have a former student who works there). $20 for a rotation also seems high when you're talking about how simple it is on a rack. But a business needs to pay for the rack, impact, air compressor, etc... If I was the average person working with my shitty jack that came with the car, $20 for a tire rotation would probably be a bargain.
I was told there is an insurance adjustment for doing something that requires the wheels come off the car which drives the price. Yes, morons do in fact fail to fasten the wheels correctly and nobody every comes in for the recommended re-torque.

It's dumb as hell that they'll spend taxpayer money to defend their actions, thereby creating incentive to write more tickets to make up for their losses. God forbid they write tickets to actually PROTECT the public vs. be a nuisance.
