In my very limited experience anything requiring tests will be very expensive. Just going in and getting some stitches for a gash I'm thinking was around $500ish locally.

I've had the exact opposite experience with them. I got a motorcycle battery for an older bike a few years ago, and exchanged it 3 times before I got one that would hold a charge and not shit out. Luckily it was a very easy swap, but still 4 batteries to get a good one is insane!!! A year ago I bought a wal-mart battery for a mower, which also had problems. The exchanged one was fine though. I've had a couple of their automotive batteries and so far so good, but it's early.

Yes you can actually. There are a whole slew of benefits out there, PM me if you're serious.

If it's not on the road you should talk to your agent about dropping liability and some other coverage. You don't need to register it if you're not driving it, but if/when you go to re-register you will pay a fee for not renewing within a certain time of expiration.

I've used the hell out of two straight-shaft echos for at least 10 years and they're still going strong. No commercial use, just around my house. The only thing I've had to replace is the primer bulbs and string. The older Toro mowers were great, but I don't know about any of their newer stuff.

Someone getting the police called on them once isn't too serious. If it happens twice for the same thing, they'll look really hard at them, and most likely take action. You have to be part of the solution because the police can't be everywhere and see everything.
