Right, I was referring to littleguy's comment as he alluded to the wrx/sti/evo's becoming less relevant due to all the new turbo awd cars coming out. But other than the evo/sti/wrx; as you stated, all other turbo awd cars are luxury. Not affordable, tuner based platforms. Everything "tuner" based is fwd or rwd.

I may be a little out of the loop as I don't really follow new cars, but what other turbo awd tuner cars are there? All the other turbo cars I know of are fwd or rwd. Genesis coupe rwd, dodge caliber fwd, etc. I didn't know there were any other AWD's. Serious inquiry, not trying to be a smart@ss or anything.

Little Miami down towards Cincy is one spot my wife and I would frequent. We also took our canoe down big walnut from Hoover Dam to some dudes back yard off Sunbury road, big walnut from woodside green south to that dog park out towards the air port, and then again from Friendship Park in Gahanna down to that dog park by the airport. Starting at woodside green south will take you through down town Gahanna by the river walk...just watch out for that low bridge. You have to duck when going under it, and if the river is high, you may not clear it at all.

Ohh, I didn't forget. You moved on to bigger, better things, as pretty much everyone else I know has. Though most of the people I know moved from DSM's to bikes. I actually like where the OP is though in regards to his car situation. Fast DSM and a V8. I would do the same if I was in his position, but my V8 of choice would be an 03/04 Cobra.

I have raced auto and manual. I put multiple cars on the manual. I put bus lengths on the auto. If your GSX really is 500whp, it shouldn't even be a race. My GSX is an auto and even in RWD territory of doing it from a roll instead of a dig, it's not much of a challenge. Brake it in, have a friend race you from like a 50 -120 and you should be pleasantly surprised with the dsm. 500hp dsm is nothing to scoff at. I raced a girl yesterday in a new black 5.0 w/ green racing stripe, black rims, dark tint, and ready to party. (The specs on the 5.0's and SS are pretty close from what I have seen). First race was from a 60 punch. She got the hit and I put a few cars on her pretty quickly. The next time she was like 50 yards back and I saw her coming up fast. She wasn't slowing down, so when I saw she was going to blow right by me, I floored it. I was doing about 60 when she passed me at 80+ and still WOT so I punched it. I had to chase her down but I reeled her back in and put about a bus length on her. Then looked down and speedo was buried at 140, lulz. the point being, even when some of these V8's get a running start, you can still chase them down and beat them. Don't take this as me hating on V8's. They look good, sound good, and have a lot of potential. But don't sell a 500hp DSM short. You may be surprised how much faster your $8000 dsm is than your $40,000 V8.

I raced a '14 SS 2 weeks ago. I was not impressed. Good looking/sounding cars though. Just too slow for my taste.

Serious question: What is the point to have you wheels on sideways? I see a quite a few Acura's down here like that and don't understand the purpose.

This has been pretty widely known in the DSM world for a while. The BB Precisions seem to have far less issues than the JB ones. I personally have had 2 Garrett based FP BB turbos on my car and not an issue with either thus far.

I would keep a medical claim open. Once you tell them no, you can't go back and do anything about it. Did they admit their client was at fault? The last guy that hit me determined rather quickly that it was their client at fault. Did you take pics of the scene?

Ford F150 FX4 Ecoboost 6spd automatic 70mph at 2000rpm I want to say the DSM is closer to 3000 but I will double check and report back.
