I have this debate with my buddy all the time. He is die hard manual. And I agree, manual is more fun, and gives you a more engaged feeling with the car. But having owned both manual and auto DSM's, the auto at 100% pressure shifts has a big advantage. I was beating modded 5spds with my stock auto because of this very reason. Every shift, they lost a little. Some call auto cheating. Call it what you want. as long as everyone abides by the rule of the race, winning is winning.

He absolutely knows he is accountable for what he says and does, which is exactly why he said what he said. If there is a God, who's opinion do you think matters more? Society's, or God's? What did Jesus say to his disciples when he sent them out? He told them he was sending them out as sheep among wolves. Because the message he was preaching was new and quite frankly, not very popular among a majority. Christians are charged with the task of doing God's work, not man's. Christ was crucified, John got beheaded, Paul was imprisoned, Martin Luther wasn't too popular either. The point being, it was hardly dumb of him to say what he did, even if it meant reverting to living in a shack and eating garbage as a result.

That is what a lot of people don't seem to get. People think that because you don't agree with someones actions, you automatically hate them, and that can not be further from the truth in a lot of cases.

Without reading every post in this thread, did the LEO have probable cause to stop and question you? Are the laws different with Park Rangers than other LEO's? I can't imagine it would be.

Lets say for arguments sake that there is a God, and he knows what you have done, are doing and will do, and because He knows what you will do, you have no choice to the contrary. Meaning, if he "knows in 15min that you are going to walk down the hall and turn left instead of right, you really never had a choice to turn right, because the "All powerful" already knew what was going to happen. Now lets say that a dog is walking down the street and you lay a steak in front of him, as well as a piece of paper. You know he is going to go sniff the steak instead of the paper. Does my knowledge of what he was going to do mean that the dog really never had a choice to begin with? Serious question.

Yup, because if there was a God, no one would have choices and life would be unicorns and rainbows. Clearly there can't be a God, as seen by the fact that we all have choices, unicorns don't exist, and rainbows are only occasionally seen.

People always wonder why I so "easily" let things go when people wrong me...this is a prime example as to why. Everyone gets theirs, whether in this life or the next.

Saw this on Worldstar earlier. My guess is that they were counting on everyone to run, that's why when the old dude at the end just put his hands on his head and got down on the ground, they came up to him, notice they didn't touch him, then they proceeded to bounce out because that wasn't part of the plan.

Those little girls with the guns were awesome. That one dumb hoe caught one to the dome. I has happy. I am also mad that Hershel is dead. One of the few characters on that show I actually liked.
