Not a lot of people try to race me in the VW Fox, but as soon as I get my E46 M3 out on the road, all the douchebags rev their engines at me and want to race. I am just minding my own business a few weeks ago and some dumbass in a 328 BMW flashes his lights at me and pulls next to me and tells me his car is turbo. I told him I will give him $1000 right now if he is turbo and can beat my M3. After spanking that ass, his douchebag passenger start going off at the mouth about how he has a Gixxxxxxaargh with NAWS, streched and lowered and he spank my ass. Ricers, I love them.

I am sure they paid a good $6000 for that. Getting an inspection and flipping the title to have it rebuild salvage is no problem whatsoever. You pay $50, wait a few weeks and just go in for them to look at your car for any stolen parts. Just provide them any source of evidence where you purchased your parts from and all is good. I have gone through this process 4 times now and am soon taking my 04 M3 up there as I bought it wrecked through Copart from Houston Texas. I paid $8200 for it.

As mentioned above the most common problems with the 1.8T Passats are the timing belt, clutch, and front control arm bushings. I have two for sale right now at my lot. One is a v6 and one is the 1.8Turd and I enjoy both of them as much. The 1.8T blocks can handle 400 hp without touching anything (ask me how I know).

I'm not 100% sure, but there was a white S4 just like in the link that you provided at the auction that I go to this past Tuesday and the car only went for $3600 or so. Also, I don't remember whether it sold or not. I test drove the car and was impressed, making my wish I hadn't spent 9K on a crashed 04 M3. It is a good possibility that it did not sell, therefore it might run through the auction again this upcoming Tuesday. It is a dealer only auction, therefore if you are interested please let me know and I would be more than willing to help you out.

Roy, with a .63 t3 housing, your hp shouldn't be limited much. With those specs, the sc61 would still be good for up to 600hp. The smaller housing is going to help reduce lag time. Are you sure you want to go E85? I thought this was a street car.

Yep that was me in that little VW, I wish the clutch would hold, I really wanted to see my trap speeds on 21PSI.

Well for a first time at the track I didn't do too horrible. My best time was a 12.96 with a 121 mph trap speed on crappy ass street tires and only 10PSI of boost. The clutch could not hold anything more than 10psi although I usually run 17-21PSI on the street. I had to do half throttle 1st gear and half throttle for most of second in order to hardly build any boost or else my tires would just light up. I could not get a 0-60 of less than a 2.2.

Haha you beat me to it Chris, wtf is a K06? K series turbos are useless in a VR6 (unless its a K27, K29 or bigger). They spool way way too damn early as they were designed for the 4 cylinder motors they went in. The K27 in my 1.8T spools by 3200 rpm, which = roasted clutch/tires.

Why would you put an Audi turbo on a VR6? Your stock exhaust system isn't as restrictive as those baby K series turbos.
