^I can never stop laughing at that Top Gear clip in your sig. In weather news - my car read -8 this morning on the commute. Then I got to work at the heat wasn't working; something about the fans in the heating system being broken. Awesome.

^I love those so much. For a while I was considering the cost of a replica project. One of the most beautiful cars ever, in my opinion.

Come to realize - I've actually got a white Countach micro machine next to my monitor here at work.

I know of three now - didn't even know that the clip was being used for so many different things.

Considering the water, cold, and the plane itself crashing into the water... it's amazing there weren't more injuries or fatalities. Definitely good work on the pilot's part and the flight team. That water had to be cold as hell.

I don't think I've seen this one posted anywhere on CR yet... if so, excuse the repost. The only thing you need to know about this one to make it funnier is about the new Nissan GT-R transmissions breaking due to turning the VDC off, it costing a ridiculous amount of money to replace, and it voiding your warranty.

Yeah but that's not a bad thing. A lot of my friends when I was in school were older - I picked up on a lot of things faster as a result. Maybe even avoided some mistakes in the process.

When I had my first car (87 Supra Turbo) I loved it, but didn't know anything about it. I had no idea what modifications to do or how things worked. I ended up spending more money on the appearance (Paint, replacing OEM parts, wheels/tires) and stereo parts. Then after switching to the Z, heading to college, and growing up... I dove head first into learning how the thing worked. That lead to me having huge horsepower aspirations. I would also do stupid crap on the street occasionally... which in retrospect wasn't as bad as others, but still stupid. Now I don't care about having the fastest, the best looking or most powerful car. I'm simply out to better my driving at AutoX, slowly move towards bigger track days, and tune the car to perfection. Age has given me a little perspective - and unlike many I see buying, selling, buying, selling.... I plan on sticking with this car and just making it better piece by piece. Not out to beat anyone - just enjoying the hobby.

This place is hilarious - definitely sat at work laughing for a few minutes.

Awesome. Getting only 290 to the wheels WITH a supercharger... and then throwing on some [i'm-so-sure-they-are] lightweight 19" wheels and tires. Unsprung weight FTW, baby.

^Wow, that's insane. I agree 100%. The legal system is such a joke these days. There are more and more cases where the punishment is an overkill for those who don't deserve it, and the opposite for those who do.

Wow... 95% IDC from the factory? That's really scary. From the stories I hear over on some of the Z forums, there are definitely a lot of people who seem believe that detonation (like dry land) is just a myth.
