RC51's can be had for a good deal right now. Dont rule out the Suzuki TL1000 either, those things are torque monsters. If it was me, Id get the BMW or a Ducati.

Had a Thunder Racing 224-112 cam, worked great. A certain car I worked on made over 400 rwhp with one, and it's not very radical. The 3000 stall I had was perfect with it, stock stall wasn't bad either.

 

I was leaning towards that cam but I didnt know if the weight (2800lb-3000lbs) gearing and 3000 stall was the right combo.

Folks, Im looking for a cam recommendation for my Sonoma and its LS1. Currently it has a 4l60E and I plan to do around a 3000 stall. Heads are stock 853 with some .015 decking and 1.8rr's. plus 3.73 gears.

 

Can anyone recommend a cam that is off the shelf that they HAVE used or ridden in a vehicle that had one. Vehicle will be for fun and not a drag machine. Weekend cruises with the wife and stop light fun.

Im soo fucking done with ebay. I just got ripped off on an item. Pictures looked grainy and the condition was listed as used. It didnt say all parts needed some work or replacing. Fucking scumbag. My fault for not asking though.

I know man, thats the dark hole in my life. The M3 was having some expensive problems and I need a daily. I am now trying to flip the camaro for another M3 with less miles.
