yes. very true. and with android having a linux back end, is soo enticing. i can't wait to tear into my phone. i have wanted a android device since the G1 came out. hell, i would like to have a G1 now just to mess with.

yeah, it is bs you have you to root to get rid of the software you don't want slowing down your phone. but, good thing someone hacked it. there is a click once thing giong around to do it. it's pretty easy. i am waiting for the 2.2 update to be applied my Verizon before i root my phone though.

so what , you guys would rather watch watch. life of the midgets, or american idol or some bs?? i will watch any show about cars. half of the power block is pretty bad, but I watch it. This looks better than any other american car review show.

yes, you HAVE TO ROOT to do that. same goes with that software to remove them, YOU MUST HAVE ROOT ACCESS!!!!!!!! Did you read it? lol

always had a soft spot for first gens. I had a 91 Plymouth Laser (SHITTY SLOW ENGINE 1.8) but, loved that car to death. wish i wouldn't have sold it, could still be daily driving the damn thing sweet looking ride!

Yeah, I don't want to flash anything. Just root... So yeah, it works good? No problems? Can you send me the 1 click root? Is it reversible? Will rooting it effect me getting my 2.2 update?

i know how to do it, was just curious of user experience once it's complete. i have looked through some of those forums, no one really mentions any problems with the phone after root but, I am paranoid. Was curious if anyone here rooted their android device and what kind of experience they have had. thanks though@!
