  1. No sub, but it is apparent there is a spot for one. There is wiring for an amp so at some point somebody likely took out the stock one and replaced it with an aftermarket. I am probably just going to find whatever fits, take the amp out of my truck and get something basic in there.
  2. Yeah, I ended up getting a 2006 in Stealth Gray with 60k miles. Happy with it so far. Ill probably put 40-60k (1-2 years of driving) miles on it and upgrade to a V2.
  3. I either need to find a oem replacement use the wiring they left and get something in it's place. High end is good, but now I know why the low end is lacking.
  4. Do these come with a speaker in the trunk? Mine used to have a system and there is a big hole in the center of the rear deck. The hole is oem but there is nothing there.
  5. Mine is black everything with the gray/beige headliner A/B/C pillars. I wish it was all black, but not even sure if they offered that.
  6. Do all Vs with a black interior have a beige headliner?
  7. This happened to my 2010. I was in the middle of nowhere and stuck on the side of the road. I unplugged the battery so the ECU forgot about it and made it back home. Got it fixed at Ford later that week, but received a letter in the mail a few months later alerting me of a recall.
  8. http://i949.photobucket.com/albums/ad335/ellioth3771/ctsradiomatte.jpg This is the best i have seen so far. Stock display with aftermarket nav and audio. If I knew how to replicate it/didnt have other projects going on I would be all over it.
  9. If I was going to dump money into mine it would be the interior. The stock nav sucks, but I like some of the readings it shows. Any options for that?
  10. Progress image image image Goal is to have the motor fire up by next Friday.
  11. I have the full running car so just wire in the EWS to the DME. Little update. The 2000 I bought is a M62TUB44 - this means nothing to most and nothing to me when I bought it. I then learned that these motors (mid way through 99+) are wired to everything and love limp mode. So I parted out the 2000 and bought a 1998 (M62B44). I plan on working a lot on this over the next three weeks. Here they are as they currently sit. E30 is pretty well torn apart including the interior so I can wire everything in. The E39 needs the motor/trans pulled which I should get to this weekend. I have most of the parts needed. Motors/trans mounts etc. Still need to shorten the driveshaft and wire. image
  12. I have not had as much time as I was hoping to use this printer, but Miller reached out to me last week to have a print done. Luckily I was in Columbus over the weekend so I was able to drop this off for him. Went with a 1.5" frame which came out great on a print this size (30X46.5) and used an edge bleed that matched the image well. Thanks Miller - hope you enjoy!
  13. Awesome pics. Let me know if you want some big canvas work done.
  14. Picked up an E30 this weekend. 1991 318is 2 door 5 speed. Now I have to decide if I want to take on the headache of using the M62TUB44 that I already have (wiring nightmare) or go the non-TU M62 or M60 route.
  15. Seats sold, but everything else is still in there. Does anybody need any E39 parts? I will be in Columbus this weekend.
  16. Good question. This swap is cheaper and the car is worth more once completed. The BMW scene likes keeping things in the family from what I have seen. I plan on enjoying this car over the summer and selling in the fall/next spring.
  17. Seats (Corbeau F1X Pros I believe) will be sold along with the sliders, VAC E39 adapters, and harnesses. I will actually be in Columbus in 2 weeks as well.
  18. This is clean. I am looking for one without that giant chrome bumper. Likely a 1988-1991 2 door manual 325is. White, red, gunmetal, or black.
  19. I have been looking to start a new project for a while and after tossing around several ideas I finally decided on one. I missed out on a really good deal on a E30 roller two weeks ago, but picked this up last week: http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2891/13340090413_64168d1ecd.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7126/13340172933_514b0f9536.jpg http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3754/13340174343_572b546bac.jpg http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3747/13340102403_69b0e53118.jpg 2000 540i with a 6 speed. Rear end collision and the body is rough in places, but the motor ran great, compression checked out, and the tranny shifted perfectly. M5 swapped interior that I should be able to sell for a good amount of what I paid for the whole car. Coilovers, rims, etc. Now I just need to find a clean E30 and get to wrenching.
  20. What are your CTL capabilities? Width/Gauge/Weight/Surface Critical?
  21. Prime pricing for what you are looking for should be somewhere around ~$.35-.38/lb when purchased in large quantities. Just curious as to what people charge for 1-2 sheets at a time.
  22. What are they charging for a 60 X 120 sheet nowadays?
  23. I believe they are claiming 1,500 crank & 1,100+ wheel.
