  1. Were you running 50/50mix Meth/Water or something else? I was worried about that midpipe when you mentioned it to me but it looks like it works ok. Resonated mid not a high flow cat right. Glad it worked out, little less noise is not a bad thing. Why advertise. Even if you are in the business hey Carl. Ok, you got me pumped up now.
  2. So, am I correct in thinkin the meth kit gave ya 30-40 more hp? Very high 400's, just like Zavier said. Congrats on that pull, very nice. Just seen your video w/you on the road course, also very cool.
  3. Hey bro That was most def lookin like a successful pull. Wish I could have made it. Guess I'm gonna have to go ahead and put mine up there again;).
  4. Yasser, how about those BBS wheels on the yellow 300ZX photo shoot thread? Are those the ones you were talkin about? Also, you have an FC too? Dude, you got more cars than I've had in my whole life.

  10. Advise/Opinions welcome. I'm mounting it where I am because I do not want it in the engne bay. I want to keep that as empty as possible so its easier to work on (monthly rotary maintance remember). http://i1039.photobucket.com/albums/a473/KD93R1PB/Oil%20catch%20can/DSC00493-1.jpg http://i1039.photobucket.com/albums/a473/KD93R1PB/Oil%20catch%20can/DSC00496-1.jpg http://i1039.photobucket.com/albums/a473/KD93R1PB/Oil%20catch%20can/DSC00494-1-1.jpg http://i1039.photobucket.com/albums/a473/KD93R1PB/Oil%20catch%20can/DSC00492-1.jpg http://i1039.photobucket.com/albums/a473/KD93R1PB/Oil%20catch%20can/DSC00489-2.jpg
  11. Pullin her out huh, I kinda thought you might be when you mentioned you were runnin on one rotor. I'd like to come over & check it out. PM me if your down. I can help or just watch, either way I'd like to check out your ride. Its really nice looken & I've never seen a YCM in person. I'm thinkin I live about 10min from ya.

  13. Owner wants seq.. However, only 3 solenoid valves remaining, looks worse than it is, but I know what ya mean. Owners next move will be single turbo, I'm willin to bet. This car runs good though. Peg 100psi Autometer oil press guage at start up, lookin like approx 14in vacum at idle. Start up was last night around 10pm. Owner drove car all day today, including a complete run around 270. I requested that he do a little highway cruise where he could run steady 60-65mph for 5-10min and then 70-75mph for another 5-10 and repeat as needed. We will see. On another note, whats the status of your FD Twisted 7? Lets all hook up soon bro....

  15. How many washin today? Lets see em;). Time to take a cruise, I'm tryin to get this wastegate/boost controller just right. I think I'm gonna need a hydraulic cylinder to keep it shut :lolguy:. http://i1039.photobucket.com/albums/a473/KD93R1PB/5-29-11%20Car%20Wash%20Pictures/DSC00418.jpg http://i1039.photobucket.com/albums/a473/KD93R1PB/5-29-11%20Car%20Wash%20Pictures/DSC00421.jpg http://i1039.photobucket.com/albums/a473/KD93R1PB/5-29-11%20Car%20Wash%20Pictures/DSC00428.jpg http://i1039.photobucket.com/albums/a473/KD93R1PB/5-29-11%20Car%20Wash%20Pictures/DSC00429.jpg

  17. I think that in the beginning the 3mm seals were the only 2 piece option and that's why people portrayed them as more reliable. Now that there are plenty of 2 piece 2mm seals I would put those down as my preference in a build unless as stated there is damage to the rotor in which it needs milled anyway. Yo know I never thought of it that way, 2pc vrs 3pc and 2mm only in 3pc earlier. Thats a good point, valid no doubt. I use RA 2mm 2pc myself. I am also assuming the silver thing is the actual engine itself. Dude this rain sucks.
  18. You know it would require a v12 to surpass a 2 rotor engine (usually) right? I've been part of some v-8 builds, they are fun too, to each his own. Personally, I have no interest what-so-ever in workin on anything w/pistons, not after having a rotary. Nothin better than a 10000cc dirt bike w/4 tires.
  19. It would seem to me there would, and could not be any possible gain w/3mm seals, OR ELSE MAZDA WOULDA USED EM???????;). The only reason I can see 3mm even being an option is that slot for seal in rotor is beyond acceptable tolerance and the only way to prevent replacing it is to machine out grove & use 3mm seals. If bigger, or in this case wider seal is superior, then why not a 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, etc. etc. etc......?????? Why have more friction, or you know, more surface area rubbin the rotor housing??? Makes no sense to me at all. Why reduce the size of the combustion chamber???? 2mm is the way to go in my opinion. For example, if a fella had brand spankin new rotors, which would be set up for 2mm seals, would ya machine em out for 3mm???? I would think not!!! However, I am not an expert on these by any means and as I'm sure everyone has determined by now, my car is all show and no go.
  20. Thats not what I remember :lolguy:. What was the question?
  21. It's pretty easy to have a light pointed at the doorway of your safe area, along with another weapon, to get yourself the advantage if the door opens. Now I agree w/that.
  22. Now I will admit I have no low light training, or no light, or daylight. However, its gonna be hard to focus a light on someone whos shootin at ya. If I were a burglar I would be armed, and not alone. Regardless, I'm sure your all correct and I guess I wouldnt stand a chance against such killers.......
  23. Agreed, if your gettin hit w/.22's your not gonna like it, or any other rounds for that matter. I prefer a 45 w/hollow points as long as I'm on the givin end of the deal. However, a fella trained w/firearms, and close quarters combat such as Mojoe would more than likely be a crooks quick retirement plan. Now, as for the light. No doubt its nice to see what your shootin, but bad guys carry guns too. I wouldnt want to turn on a light in the dark and put myself on front street w/a sign that says here I am shoot me. Nevertheless, a gun is the one thing I'd rather be caught w/than caught w/o.
  24. I knew you were sandbagin those hot laps today. That is one sweet ride Mark. Congrats.......
