You mean how hard are they gonna be to remove one day right. They shouldnt be any harder than the ones I drilled out. However, those have been in there for about 10 years. I dont drive the car a whole lot. I used some copper anti-seize on em too. Torqued to 130in./lbs. per factory manual. I got the ones on the right side drilled out tonight and the old rotor & pads off. The warm weather is gettin me motivated ya know. Nice to hear from you tonight Kevin

Let me back up then. I dont for one second question that. It just seems like every time I make a thread everyone is on the attack. When the truth is, I joined this club because I am serious about sharing misc. car info w/other local car guys. Keep in mind (and I will try to also), I'm a noobie here. If TINMAN is a RX7 guy, thats good enough for me. I hope to meet TINMAN in person, as well as you very soon. Love the replies....

As for the removing fasteners tricks, I tried a few, but I know how quick I can sucessfully drill out a fastener like this. By the time I heated & beated I can drill/tap/...done. However, I think in many applications, and for those w/less tools/experience those suggestions are right on. Give it a shot bro. The groundhog does suck. However I like FOX because of Daryl Waltrip/Jeff Hammond/Larry Mac. My money is still on Harvick. He's back in black, w/Grab A Bud on the back, and is on the attack...Dont look back.

They were made by a manuf. who makes these for tons of diff. people. I didnt drill em. They are just aftermarket replacements basically. You can drill your own though, buy they should be new and I dont recommend it either. Got the screws drilled out on the left front. Right front next.

May not be the best way for the IC & RAD, but RAD does look pretty good size yo. Could always get the RAD more flat like a FD. However, I can appreciate all the work. Good luck with the build.

Is that your main floor bathroom (just toilet/sink)? Waste pipe for toilet looks a little low in the picture (pictures..). Nice job on the floor....fancy! Is that new drywall too? Now, I really like the color for the laundry room floor. Very nice. Cant wait till the weather breaks dude.

Yeah, the "special" part is the size is custom. They had to be made to order, hows that. However, it is my opinion there are several sets of VOLK wheels that would be considered special just the way they come. I dont think I would ever buy any other brand myself. However, that is definetely personal choice. I enjoy all the feedback.

Took me about 3 years to decide on my final wheel choice. I had these ones special made in Japan. Took about 4 months to get em. I used to have Enkei RP01's which were nice too, but weighed twice as much as these. Anyway, lets get together this spring bro. Thanks for the reply

Like I said, nothing special. Changed the oil in my Mazda 3 & some other small things. Started up my RX7 for the first time in at least a month. Man I cant wait till the weather breaks. Yeah, I am gettin worn out w/the camera already. I am gonna finish the thread of course, but I will consolidate the pics for sure. However, I think I did miss a few inches of wire. I like all the replies thats what its all about. Again, I did this project for something fun to do on one of my cars, the stereo upgrade is just a bonus, I like to work on em (on mine).
