I used to go to car shows with my father when I was a teenager. I helped him with a frame off restoration on a '65 mustang. VERY clean car when it was finished. I noticed the same thing in car shows. If it's a car club, then they make sure their members get most everything, unless your car is TRULY worthy of praise. And even then you'd be lucky. I just don't understand how a pt cruiser can win over anything at all. Actually, I really don't understand how they made it off the dealer lots....

Are the laws here different? I know they changed it in Indiana because of all the theft. Out there you have to have the vehicle registration or title, so they can document it.

Well, as long as you have documentation of selling it to him, you'll be fine. Otherwise you run the risk of him getting it impounded with it still in your name. Could get ugly there. More than likely won't happen though. And he'd have to come all the way back here to take you to court. Doesn't seem like the truck would even make it back here anyway.

lol! I suddenly feel very stupid for giving a legitimate answer... I think the previous owner must have lost the extra adapters whilst spending large amounts of time sideways with this bolted to his car.

I had bought an old, tired, '85 MR2, and it had a rice cannon, and this "thing" stuck on the trunk lid. I sure as hell didn't want either of them. It's just been sitting in the closet and I'm sick of my girlfriend bitching at me to get rid of it. So seriously... don't you want to go to the moon? Buy it.

The machine shop had to bore it .030" over to get the cylinder trued. They could only get pistons in twenty thousandths increments, hence the .040" overbore.

List of mods, if you're interested: Short ram air intake ported and polished head bore .040" over 268 cams lightweight flywheel RS*R header 2.25" exhaust high flow cat factory muffler from my '93 MR2 Enkei RPF1's w/ Azenis RT615 full polyurethane bushings, including motor mounts Suspension Techniques lowering springs and swaybars Koni yellows Quaife quick ratio steering rack TRD stage 1 alignment All this crap and it's only dyno'd at 112whp, and 92Lb/ft of torque. FML Yes, I know it's slow, you don't have to tell me. On to the next one: 1993 MR2 Turbo This car was a gift from my GF for a lot of things.
