I dont want to post my whole story on here for public.. But that is pretty much how it went down. 1) Fired without cause 2) Filed for unemployment 3) Unemployment approved me (almost one month after being fired) 4) Previous employer said "AW HELL NAH" and filed a dispute (2 weeks after getting unemployment pay) 5) I replyed with a 1 page letter stating what happend (The day I found out they sent in a dispute) 6) Unemployment sided with me, and said fired without cause (one week later) 7) Previous employer files dispute again, and now im fucked on unemployment until this clears. The employer already has a representative, so My guess is my boss will be no where around. So I think its best for me to find a attorney tomorrow and get this takin care of.. Ive been doing everything im suppose to on unemployment. Im not taking it for granted, and its barely paying bills. But if they win, there is a chance they will make me pay back all unemployment earned.. This is probably the worst time for this to happen.

I've never had to contact an attorney, so I didn't know there were different ones.. Basically this is for a unemployment claim. Business is trying to get their unemployment pay back.

Would be 100x easier to just get 25' of brake line, cut to size. Flare each end with a nut and bend to shape.

Talked to them today.. They pay to have their grass mowed. The company that mowes says they will not mow over the property line. They could careless if I mow or leave it. So maybe I should be talking to the mowing company to ask why they won't do that 1.5' strip. Is it in 5 drips of fuel that it takes to mow it? Or are they strictly not aloud to mow up to my fence due to it not being their property.

To give my experience on mad hatter.... I was looking to get a couple axle back pipes made.. I show up in my jeep, and 4-5 guys surround it. I walk in and the dude behind the counter is playing on his phone and doesn't see me. So I tell him what all I want and he throws me a "reasonable price". I look in the shop and it was a bunch of young hoodlums working on the cars. Place was disgusting. Ghetto as hell. I know everyone says mad hatter, but I wouldn't let them work on a 96 accord. Let alone my jeep. A place I used to use is Oz's Discount muffler.. I went there first. He moved to a different shop, and now he is just money hungry.. All I wanted was 2 exhaust pipes maybe 2' long each. I have done custom exhaust for 4 years and I knew exactly how hard it would be. He tells me a stick of 3" tubing is 100$, and 2-3 hours labor. A stick of aluminized tubing is NOT 100$. Well he then tells me how many cars he has to get done, and people not paying him for jobs he did.. I don't care. I have cash in pocket and your trying to rape me now. Well luckily I still had a hook up at Midas, where I did custom exhaust for 4 years. I went back there and busted out 2 pipes, welded it all up within an hour. Honestly I would look at maybe boost performance (they seem to be doing exhaust well) Exhaust works ( a buddy of mine goes there) FYI you can get stainless pipe, but I'm 99% sure you will not find anyone that will get galvanized exhaust pipe to weld.

My wife and I just moved in here in October. I have no idea how long they have been here. I found the metal stake by the curb. I think your right on the electric / cable boxes. That must be why the fence is over and they aren't mowing it. Oh well, I'll just keep mowing my little strip of grass I guess.

Ive thought about that also. As the fence needs replaced this year or next.

I could see that being an issue if it were 6" or so away. But 1.5'? To be honest I don't know if it's my property or not..

They don't have a couch in their yard, it's infront of the big glass doors leading to the back yard. I rarely ever see them out. And they don't speak that good of English..... I think I may have found my issues.

I did think of this.. As I have used oil.. LOL I guess Ill just mow the strip and weed eat.. Just doesnt make CENTS to me that they would leave that strip..

Im not sure if thats my property or not.. I have heard the 6" rule before... But does that mean your suppose to mow and weed eat outside the fence also? If I was outside the fence I would sum it up as my property and just mow it..
