  1. Have an issue with my front door leaking, found a small hole and possibly carpenter ants. If it were a regular 36" Door I would rip it out and fix it, but it is the giant door with side lights. And good referrals?
  2. For smoke smell, there is a can at autozone I can't remember what it is called right now. You turn the AC on high and pull the pin on the can. Get out and shut the doors, it smokes the entire car out and cleans the air ducts and every piece of fabric. Between that and wiping everything down I got the smell out of a car I bought to sell. OH and good luck with that 5.4. Worst motor ford made
  3. We had a demo at work for bullet liner as all of our trucks are bedlined, but we stick with linex. Will be getting linex put in my diesel soon. Demo looked cool but I go with who is tried and true.
  4. Port columbus/ rickenbacker is hiring a couple fleet mechanics. Union gig with raises every year. Must have class B cdl or be able to get in 6 months. Work on everything from weed eaters to multi million dollar fire trucks, construction equipment, police cars, and dual engine runway brooms. https://columbusairports.applicantpro.com/jobs/547252.html Any questions, ask.
  5. Yuck. Slip on mirrors are hideous.
  6. (We are talking about a 2800 sq ft manufactured home with a 600 sq ft addition on the back, not your typical run of the mill mfd home) To make a long story short the listing agent gave false information. I went through 10+ lenders, 5-6 different insurance agencies. No one wants to insure a manufactured home. Had it been a modular it would have been cake. No one wants to lend or insure a manufactured home. I went through it on a property for a long time and finally gave up. Every "Modular" inspection proved "Modular" Until the appraiser came out and said no it is a manufactured home. In fact I had a consult with an attorney and he said no need to hire him, go to the manager of the listing agent and show the false info. I got half of my 2k invested back. Dbag seller is still holding my 250$ earnest deposit. It is no where near easy for a mfd home. Stick with a modular if you can.
  7. They may have been aftermarket but they came off of a 2015 diesel.
  8. Financing, Insurance, etc is a pain in the ass. And if you plan to ever sell be prepared to sit on it for a long time. HUGEE Difference between MODULAR and MANUFACTURED in the financing world. Finding out the home we wanted was NOT modular after being 2000$ into it completely screwed us.
  9. There is a set on facebook for sale I think was 140$ I was thinking about upgrading my 06 tow mirrors to 2015
  10. After almost buying one stay AWAY from them.
  11. Come all the way out east to millstone.. Best BBQ around
  12. Looks like possibly drainage / leaf collection caused the rotting also.. New timbers and proper drainage will help
  13. If you can secure the posts to the black top / drill through the black top and cement in the ground this is a very simple project. Wouldn't have much money at all in material
  14. Cant use railroad ties? Would probably last much longer. Menards carries those also
  15. My wife is an occupational therapist and therapy is not helping me. I have tried everything I can think of, if I need surgery I need surgery. Can not work with this type of pain.
  16. Well after many failed attempts I am now using my health insurance to get repaired.. MY first trial was Lower lumbar injections. Just got home, hope to feel some relief soon. If not I will be going to talk to a surgeon .
  17. I had an Xmaxx for awhile. It was stupid fast and absolutely huge. But sold it for other toys. Looking to pick up a summit soon. Much cheaper http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/rocky31186/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_20160811_211327_zpsgpuucucm.jpg
  18. When we sold our house we had 3 storage units in pickerington.. 10x30, 10x20, and a 10x10. I think each was around 100$ a month.
  19. :fuckyeah: I hate seeing dogs in these situations. We have 2 big boxers, and someone in lancaster saw 2 boxers running on the loose a few weeks ago when it was in the teens. We jumped in the car to go look for them even if we had to keep them for awhile until we found the owners we could not let them stay outside on the run. But we never found them.
  20. I may grab a couple interior pieces when you get pictures
  21. Any better pictures of the headboard / frame? Hard to see the details on it
  22. Yeah I dont think they install the fence, but the gates yes. They may be able to contract out the fence install while they install the gates. Stay away from the roller style operator snow / ice makes it spin easy. We have a cog roller system and we have chain drives.
  23. Contact signature controls. I have a ton of experience with our high security gates at work.
