I can tell you that if you try and run on Park Ave that it's very VERY likely that you'll end up with a $125 fine and a ticket for nuisance operation. Miscellaneous ticket. And 2 pts on your license. Found out last year. Personally I go up pretty often but just watch everyone else get pulled over now and laugh at them. There are some pretty good people up there. Some.
