  1. 450* haha...I just drive it around at 350, but it dyno'd at 450whp. The car is seriously insane, even at 350. When I get out, I'm shaking like a leaf from adrenaline.
  2. Lol no kidding. The Cuckold thing was funny the first time. 873 times later, not so much.
  3. Thanks for sharing! Odd that it says 1 day on market as I actually looked at that house last week. Beautiful house (I am under the impression it's a flip because of how perfect everything was), but unfortunately, it's too small for me as I intend on having a child or 2 in the next house. I looked at a sweet 5 bed/3 bath in OTE yesterday listed at 235 and agreed to a price on 217 but ended up walking because the house needed too much work for the price, and the area was a street or two over from the best part of OTE. 1340 E. Oak St. 43205 if anyone wants to see. It was a cool house. https://www.coldwellbankerhomes.com/oh/columbus/1340-e-oak-street/pid_15415809/
  4. Alright folks. Bought this car from JP earlier and literally haven't touch it in 5 months after I did the trans because that's when I started with the divorce. Due to the divorce and having to pay out my ex-wife and also wanting to move, I need to get rid of this. Not the right time to have a project car. Details: 1991 Dodge Colt, FWD: Motor: 6 bolt 4g63, 1g Rods, 2g pistons BC 272 Cams New oil pump and seal B Shaft Delete Turbo/IC: Top flow FMIC win 2.5" piping GBF bypass valve Custom intake 2G MAF with K&N filter CX Racing GT35r XS Power t3 manifold XS Power 44mm wastegate Full 3" DP with 3" side exit exhaust (SS) Fuel/Other: 650cc injectors Aero FPR @ 50 psi 255 HP Pump SAFC 2 Stage 3 clutch 15" AVID-1 wheels Unknown coil-overs (I think they're Megan) Legit MoMo steering wheel 5k HID's Innovate Wideband Oil pressure, boost and voltmeter gauge Interior: Basically bare. 2 front seats, (1) 2 point harness for the driver. No seat belts for passenger. Most of the interior comes with it, just not installed. The car weighs around 2100 lbs and dyno'd at 450whp at 25psi, 400whp at 20psi and 350whp at 15 psi. I drove it around at 350 and it scares the shit out of me. Should be good for 10's on slicks. The car has a small drip oil leak, not sure where it's coming from. Just put a new trans in. Rips through all gears. Interior is almost complete. Also has some rotor shake when braking so I think it needs spacers. No seat belts. Also has a silver plasti-dipped hood. Otherwise, good to go. You will also receive 2 "broken" transmissions: one has a bad 2/4 and the other has a bad diff. You could combine them for a spare. I paid $3900 for this car from JP in April with a bad trans and a really bad oil leak. The trans and major oil leak have been fixed. I am asking $3,500 to get rid of it fast. It's doing me no good sitting in the garage. The car be driven home with no issue. 5. LOL...7 years huh? That aligns nicely after the year we went to the playoffs for the first time. OG Bandwagoner :gabe:
  6. Beautiful cars man, welcome to CR!!
  7. These houses are flying off the fucking shelf. Had 5 houses scheduled to see today and down to 3 in less than 24 hours because the other 2 went in to contract. This market is unreal. Listing 2 of my houses in the next 2 weeks so I'm prepped and ready to go whenever I find something.
  8. What makes them junk? Honestly interested as I'm in the market as well. I actually just got a pair of these at Christmas because they were a flash deal for $20 and I had $18 in reward points. I am highly impressed for a $35 set of bluetooth headphones. They'll be my gym ones until they die. I put on a pair of Beats Studio on a plane the other day and almost crapped my pants. The sound quality was amazing and they were incredibly comfortable. I travel a lot for work so I'm likely going to pick up a pair on Craigslist sometime this week.
  9. This has been such a fun streak to watch- I've watched most of the games and went to the one on Dec. 23rd against the Canadiens. These next two games are going to likely be their toughest yet. I'm sure NYR would LOVE to stop our streak before we break the record. Regardless of what happens to this streak, it's been amazing to watch this team FINALLY do what they're capable of. I predict we win at least 1 playoff series- to me, that's a huge step for this franchise. This team is also built to win long term.
  10. My Evo was white and I've always liked those best, but this color is a CLOSE second. Love it.
  11. Luckily for me, neither. I had my fun on Tinder, and this girl was going to be no different. But she's cool as hell and fun to be with, so we'll see where it goes. And for the record, I didn't take her on shit. She paid for all her own stuff and I was the one that got the free place to stay.
  12. Steve is right haha...just spent 4 days (Thursday-Monday) in Fort Lauderdale/Miami area with this girl. Went to the Orange Bowl (she's a FSU alum), went out for New Years, went to some amazing restaurants and had an awesome fucking time. And yeah, I met her on Tinder.
  13. Fuck yes....just read about it too. That makes my pants tight.
  14. Thanks for all the insight guys. I didn't think I'd get such a great response! I went and saw a few houses yesterday and am going to see 3 more later this week. One is a duplex a street over from German Village that I'm really considering- it's expensive but obviously I can rent out the other side and make some of the money back. I have focused mainly on Olde Towne East and lost out on an awesome deal because I was in Fort Lauderdale all weekend. Pretty bummed about it.
  15. I went to the Orange Bowl last night and basically blacked out after the first quarter. Woke up on an air mattress and read all about the great game I missed. Sucks lol
  16. Thanks guys- I know GV and IV are a huge stretch at that point, but I was thinking I could get something that needs 20-30k worth of work and still be good. Thanks for the recommendation on Tri- I'll look in to that. Clay- I just donated a duplex in Franklinton. Gave it back to the city and took a 21k tax write off, it was WAYYYY too ghetto for my blood.
  17. I can't shake the scent and imprint of my ex wife on my current house, so looking for a change and looking for advice as I've not really explored the downtown area even though I've been in Columbus my whole life. Current house is in Hilliard and I work near the airport. Considering the following areas: Merion Village German Village Olde Towne East "NOB" (North of Broad) Italian Village Ideally, I'd like to stay West of Parsons. I am willing to go up to 200k and I want to pay half up front from equity rollover to defer tax on my profits on my current house. What are some areas that you guys live in or have experienced that I can find a good deal? I can, and want to, do work. I cringe paying higher for a house because it's done when I can do the work myself. Needs to be at least 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Ideally would like a garage but I know those are rare as hell in those areas.
  18. This. I have a 2001 with 190k on it and it runs like a fucking tank. 8 foot bed, short cab, 4x4. Rusty as a mother and I beat the hell out of it with the rentals. There are times I hook a trailer up to bring it to the dump and it tows 2-3k lbs of trash like it's no ones business.
  19. Agreed, 100%. And I'll up that offer to $4500. Serious offer.
  20. Then it's surprising you don't know how to view assets and liabilities from a business standpoint vs. accounting standpoint.

  22. Accounting bro. Bro. Bro.
  23. Honestly, I don't know. I did 401k for the first 6 months of my career and stopped because I didn't gain shit (2010). Although I do think the average of the last 5 years is like 7-8%.
  24. Yeah, I knew my post would get that reaction. It's cool, reality is what it is.
  25. Tell me again, how many properties do you own? Those books have enabled my thought process to own 10 houses at age 26 and an asset base of nearly a million dollars. If you're fine going to work Monday-Friday every day for the rest of your life, hoping for a 2% increase in your 401k so you can afford one vacation a year after you retire at 65, be my guest. Sheep :dumb: PS: thanks for at least recognizing me as a Mr.
