  1. It's easy to say that it's only heavy duty trucks. The problem is that it will only be a matter of time before they go after cars/motorcycles. Give an inch and we may end up losing a mile. I'm willing to bet there is already a friend of a politician that is setup to profit off this and will be able to fund money back one way or another regardless of party affiliation.
  2. Thanks for the tips. Will reach out to APCO and mix n match if it's an option. Mojoe. It's on the main back of the house so there really isn't a good way to blend it in unfortunately.
  3. I realize this is a needle in a hay stack question, but can anyone recommend in Columbus a place that may have older aluminum siding. The home was built in the 60's in Gahanna and I am looking to close in the back door to the yard to help expand counter space in the kitchen without having to do siding all around. It's not that I need a big amount, just enough to be able to cover the area of a standard door. Thank you in advance, Chris
  4. Believe it or not, the old air-cooled vw folks had alot of good luck with draw through holley setups. Too add to the fun of them, a few of them would run air-water intercoolers between the turbo and engine. You basically had a big box of fuel back there and this was without all the fancy electronics of today.
  5. wait... white guy is also shot when potentially reaching for a firearm the same way the hoodlums are shot for the same actions that caused the inner city riots over the last 1-2 years. One scenario is playing dumb games while the other is it's racist in the media. Interesting how view points change to fit wants.
  6. I also wonder if it's either: - the wrong time of the year and would be better to wait until after taxes - if this is a sign of youth's move away from cars in this part of the country. Since I moved here in 09, you see a fraction of traffic on Craigslist for toyota/nissan related in selling engines/parts
  7. quick update. co-worker won't tell spouse due to they will sell current car so its a no go. I'm amazed it's still for sale.
  8. There is someone at my work that will likely be interested or a close buddy of theirs. I will see if there interested tomorrow if they are at work.
  9. understandable. I had a feeling that the car was geared for towards the twisties. It's still a great accomplishment that it can run the times it can.
  10. faster than Eddie Bello?
  11. Thanks man. The room looks great and that is the exact color we are going for this spring.

  13. do you know where you got the wood floors and what style?
  14. well on a positive side, atleast we have a strong president that won't cry when faced with challenges...
  15. call pick n pull to see what they will give you for the car. They may offer you more over the phone than what you may think
  16. I would honestly pass on the harbor freight tool box. It works for what it is, but if I had to do it all over again, peg boards and cabinets. The tool box isn't big enough to do any decent work on top of and the tools put in it you end up digging to find the right size. Peg boards will free up space to roll around a metal table. Grant it, I'm working with a one car garage doing a back half so a two-car garage won't have any of these issues.
  17. isn't being held my super model -5 points. All kidding aside, the heads look great
  18. Buster... you don't need a gym to work out.

  20. I wonder if Zeke was the owner of the car and it was a "loaner"
  21. silly question time: with new springs and retainers being installed, do you still have to measure for clearance individually for each valve when going to shimless?
  22. I don't think they are too concerned with what the car currently has, but more of a cheap lightweight base to go from. It won't take too much money to do s13 lower control arms/s13 or Q45 brakes up front and a ford 8.8 out back with a ladder bar. A cage will give the car all the support it needs.
  23. This is 100% spot on. I went with a 20 gallon compressor and couldn't do much and went to electrical tools. Towards the end of summer depending on if there are any major surprises when remodeling the house, will pull the trigger on a dual-stage compressor and be done with it for what I need.
