I agree with wnaplay, Hilti will have something for that application. FYI they are off 670 and Leonard. I think its Rose Ave. -

If it only needs a small amount removed use a four inch diamond cup wheel, it isn't that expensive. you will need to take off the guard on most grinders for it to fit. I've seen people use small shims and grout also. -

A good electrician will charge $75 to $100 per hour. I use Matt at Wasem Electric, 614-325-1539. Hes fair priced and honest.

If you haven't got any trucking done yet i have several guys i can call, just let me know. typically they charge me $75 + materials. FYI the weight of dirt has alot to do with moisture content and compaction. Rule of thumb is approx. one ton=one yard +-
