  1. It needs an oil change and a clutch master cylinder. I have a 25 dollar napa gift card I would be willing to give with the car. Also there is no radio in it though I have one I can include with it. Also I have a set of inner and outer tie rod ends for it, spare set of tail lights, spare fart can for it and an extra rear rotor. The entire suspension has been rebuilt in the last year with new shocks, springs and ball joints as well as 3 wheel bearings and new cv joints. I am letting the car go for less than the cost of the parts I put into it last year lol.
  2. Doubt there is much interest here but if anyone needs a reliable beater I have a 94 Accord for sale. It is not perfect and could use a little work, but it is a good running and driving car. Odo reads 265k but the previous owner said the motor has about 100k less. Listed on craigslist for 800, CR price 700. I've got 4 cars and a bike now so this one needs to go. 3. If you don't have anything in writing then it sounds like you are screwed.
  4. I do not know the answer to your question, but do you have proof she owes you money?
  5. My buddies 68 f600, and I only moved it 10ft. The non tilt steering wheel is so big I swear the truck was designed for someone with 3 inch thick legs.
  6. What is the purpose of the finger test? I am a little limited on my electrical knowledge.
  7. Pm me an address and what kind of beer you like and I can stop by this weekend.
  8. Welcome. Even though it looks like you have some work ahead of you, it looks like a good start.
  9. Hell I'll take it, I just picked up a Grand Prix.
  10. This. The city repaired the curb in front of my house and they used a different kind of seed when they replanted. Between the curb and sidewalk and a little into my yard I have a different grass growing that is coarser and grows about 3 times as fast and I am mad as hell about it. Would anyone have any recommendations on how to fix that since this thread is already here?
  11. To me it would depend a lot on how stiff the clutch is and how the chassis is setup and your regular driving conditions (sitting in traffic a bunch or freeway driving or country roads). I certainly would not want a heavy clutch if I am sitting in traffic for an hour a day or a super stiff suspension if I am trying to avoid potholes all over the city on a daily basis. To me it would be more driver prefrence than what power level is good for a daily.

  13. If you really want to save some money just put the car on jack stands, have a buddy put the car in gear and rev it to about 40-60 mph, then take an angle grinder and hit the rotor surfaces. It'll beaight.
  14. I may be interested just for the exercise, though I have never played softball outside of gym class so I don't expect I would do much running lol.
  15. I like ODFL, they are a great carrier and so is Holland. The carriers to stay away from in my expirence is Conway and YRC, both have a high rate of damage.
  16. Do you have a shipping dock where you work? I bet if you do that you could ship it through your company at a discounted rate (at least I can where I work).
  17. With everything going on in the media today with cops shooting people I can understand why he did not shoot. As long as the guy did not have a gun in hand there was no reason to shoot as long as the officer was able to keep a safe distance from him (though as soon as he would have pulled a weapon it would have been over I am sure). It looked to me like the guy in the vid was trying to be a martyr though, pretty much begging to be killed yet he is unarmed.
  18. Why would people want to get a job when the .gov will pay them to sit at home and do nothing? I am at the lower end of the middle class scale (single income family) and I do well enough to not have any real debt and still have a couple toys. But shit, some people living on welfare, food stamps, and section 8 have it better than most people on my side of that scale. Also it really amazes me when I have a day off on a nice day (in the middle of the week) and go through Columbus, to see how many people out who are not at work. Also I find it amusing how all the local businesses (food places especially) are so busy at the beginning of the month, but dead at the end of the month.
  19. I always wondered how those welds were done in tight spaces like that. Do you ever have any problems with it arcing to the side or not enough gas flow when you weld with the tungsten (sp?) extended so far?
  20. A lot of notaries will not notorize an open title anymore, from what I hear the state has been cracking down on it (guess the state wants their money so they don't like floated titles).
  21. He lives in Delaware, but he works all around central Ohio.
  22. I thought this was going to be a joke...
  23. Could you try tying the wires for the motion sensor together then flip on the breaker just to test and see if that is your problem?
  24. I kind of wish he would have fallen and his boat hit the shore (and nothing else) so he couldn't do this dumb shit again.
