What about a big bore with a short stroke? In theory wouldn't you be able to make low end power and be able to rev it? Example: a 4g64 with a 4g63 crank (proper rods pistons and valvetrain) is able to rev to 11k rpms (so I've heard) where the stock redline is somewhere around 8k. With that said, I know you could put in a better valvetrain and balance the motor to be able to squeeze out a few more revs, but could you make that much of a difference that way?

For as straight as it is and what it has done to it, no. That would be a 5-6 thousand dollar car with a good drivetrain and a coat of paint.

I'm not sure if his son has taken over yet or not, last time I paid attention (when my brother-in-law was stationed in S. Korea) I remember hearing something about it, but he had not at that time. Either way with the poor economy and the no fucks given attitude that generally comes from N. Korea, I think they would be dumb enough to try to wage war against us just to have us rebuild for them.

I'm not at the track just yet, hopefully next year as I'm currently trying to stuff pistons in a rotary car.
