    Chili...

I also made a crock full of chili on Saturday. I used chili powder, lots of garlic and lots of onion, pinto beans, dark and light red kidney beans (all beans undrained), 4 lbs ground beef ( I like meaty chili) tomato paste, and tomato sauce. I would normaly add green and red peppers but some people don't like the peppers. I cooked on low for 5 hours and then simmered on warm for an additional 5 hours. I have been eating nothing but chili since saturday afternoon. Like RC, no one wants to be around me.

  15. I have a good one that works with no problems.
  16. If I understand correctly, given intake and cylinder head designs are matched with the engine the larger bore less cylinder engine will breath better thereby making more power. Right? I'm not saying large bore like 4.5". I know some auto makers run v10 and v12 engines that produce great horsepower like Ferrari and Lamborgini, but I always thought they did that for the smoothness of the engine? Who wants a $300,000 car with 500 HP and a lopey idle.
