  1. Want a fixer-upper? I’ll be selling my dad’s house in a month or so. It’s a total rehab but has good bones.
  2. Definitely. I’m still looking but I’m 90% sure the water came in under the rear door. The vehicle was parked on a downward incline and against my dad’s garage which has a rain gutter. The seal under the door is shot and my thought is water was running off the roof and onto the back where the door is. Gravity then pulled it underneath the door. The floor is also the worst right by the door. At least that’s my thought so far. Thanks
  3. Yea so apparently there is a “master” switch that turns everything on. Once that was flipped stuff turned on. So that was a cheap fix as I admit I know nothing about RV’s. As far as the floor I’m assuming a couple grand. From the videos I’ve been watching it looks like it’s similar to house construction. Everything will have to come out but I’m fine with that as I’ll update the floor covering, paint etc. So far I’m in it for $20 in fresh gas and some fluids so it’s worth it to get it fixed up. Thanks for your help! Please keep the advice coming if anyone has a place or person that can do this type of work.
  4. Im assuming it needs a new floor. I also can’t get any of the electrical stuff in the living section to turn on. Bump for any one with suggestions on who or where to go.
  5. So since this is in Franklinton, they could have called it Race to the Bottoms. Eh?
  6. Yes and no. I have to be careful here but HBU needs “special funding” to make it work. Its been about a year since I’ve worked on this but last I knew the owners are still trying to build a test track which could accommodate other types of races and events. But it’s been hard putting the pieces together and getting financing for basically a long shot. Plus there is more than just the track component in the equation. I agree it’s taken a LONG time and I’d love to see something finally happen.
  7. I seriously doubt the owners are allowing this. They still plan on redevoping this someday. The community is already pissed that it’s been years since the track and R&D building were supposed to be done. I can’t imagine this would help “community relations.”
  8. I need some RV advice. I have my dad’s 2003 Traillite Model B+. It only has 11,600 miles on the 6.0l ls motor but has been sitting for several years. I jumped it and it runs fine but did throw a check engine light. After cleaning it up the floor in the back is a little “soggy” and the awning is shot. So where would you take your RV? He bought it from Alum Creek but that was 15 years ago so I have no idea if they are good. It’s going to need some love and I know nothing about RV’s. If anyone on the north side wants to give me a crash course in RV’ing I’ll buy some beer or ammo. Thanks
  9. Does he mind working on the vehicle? I was planning on getting rid of my 98 2 door blazer. It’s a salvage title with 178k but it runs and drives. The 4wd works too for the two days of snow we have each year. It just needs a bunch of little stuff I don’t want to fool with. It won’t be $500 but I’ll throw it out there.
  10. I’m selling my Harbor Freight 1.8 HP 17 Gallon 150 max psi compressor. It runs fine and is only a couple years old. I have my dad’s now which a bigger one. The link to the website is below. It’s $169 new. I’m asking $90. Thanks https://www.harborfreight.com/air-tools/air-compressors/17-gal-18-hp-150-psi-oilless-air-compressor-63132.html
  11. Congrats on the new bike. If I can suggest a book, check out Proficient Motorcycling. A link is below. It’s an older book but gives some good advice for riders. Plus I’ve seen lots of copies at used book stores. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1620081199/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1519912702&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=proficient+motorcycling&dpPl=1&dpID=51PPQBuBMSL&ref=plSrch
  12. Everything that was left was donated. Please close.
  13. I’m interested in the snubby. I’ll pm you.
  14. Yes. I will be there tomorrow if you want to come get it. Most of this stuff is getting donated on Wednesday.
  15. Vote for Coaster. Since the boobies thread is dead....Red Beard keep posting.
  16. I usually brought my own coffee so that wasn’t a big deal. I still like the location and hope to get out more once the weather improves. Since there is no coffee maybe update the name?
  17. I live close by so I can be. Tomorrow not much is going on. Just let me know and I’ll swing over. 614-216-0567
  18. Sure. It will be there next weekend. It has the leg part and I found the arm pieces. There are some sand weights and I think I have the bar. Take any or all. Text or call me later in the week.
  19. I’m not smart enough to post pics. Michaels has 50% off coupons so I got a big thing of Velcro and several dowel rods of different diameters. I cut out some scrap plywood using a hole saw and cut the dowel rods to length. Cut a hole in the center of the circle and glue in the dowel rod. One side the the Velcro goes on top of the safe and I stapled a piece to the circle part. Put the dowel rod down the barrels and stick the end to the top of the safe using the Velcro. They are not as pretty as store bought but the guns don’t care.
  20. I made my own “rifle rods” for less than $10. It really helped with organizing.
  21. The Liberty Centurion series Vance’s sells is also a good entry safe. It’s probably about as good as the Cabelas or TSC. Delivery ads another $100 unless you have help. Also buy as big as you can afford not as big as you need. They tend to fill up fast as never hold as many as advertised. Good luck
  22. Sure. I should be there most of Saturday. Give me a call or text. 614-216-0567 I also have 2 small book cases that are about 5 foot tall. They are Sauder style but again FREE.
  23. I tried so the links are there
  24. But do you have the matching chair and ottoman? Eh eh?
