Tim I'm from Minnesota. Back in the 80/90's the luyhdrn churches brought over Asians. Mostly Viet,Laos and Hmong. Other then some gang activity they all entered into the community. Hard workers abs tried to make the american dream their work ethic is outstanding. Then in the late 90's/00's they started to bring Somalis. The Somalis took over sections our the city and creates nasty ghettos. They don't work and they are constantly causing crime and flooding the justice system. They literally added nothing to the community but trouble. I grew up in this and have first ha d experience. Now here in Columbus I have met with the African community from Nigeria. They rent my dance studio out multiple times a month for weddings and birthdays and baby showers. They are well educated and respectful. What's my rant with this. We shouldn't as a country feel guilted to accept everybody. Sometimes it works out great but sometimes you are left with hundreds of thousands of people that are dead weight.

I strongly recommend the qx70 which used to be called the fx35.. I had a fx35 as a daily and its amazing. The infintis have all the tech you could want and they are very stylish. They ride great and with your new Infiniti you already know what to expect. Easily get a 2017 in your budget.

I haven't found them to require any more then normal. They use plug wires and not coil packs which is nice I think. Power steering pump can be an issue. Crank o ring needs changing and only accessible in service mode. They have a dual stage cooling fan and low speed is usually fried so it runs in high speed all the time. And keeps running when car is off. They don't suffer any ele trial gremlins. They are a pretty basic car. Now the gen 2 r56 turbo cars are a nightmare

Mini number 5. 03 with 130k miles. 6 speed manual. Had a new clutch put in and new suspension but blew head gasket shortly after. Chances are I keep this one. Sent from my VS988 using Tapatalk

Also forgot. This mini had heated cloth seats. I scored front and rear leathers for $100 for the set. The front seats are straight bolt in. The rears are different coupe to vert so I had to pull off the covers and transfer them to the vert metal frame and shave the foam to fit. Looks much better Sent from my VS988 using Tapatalk

I browse CL from.Cleveland to Cincy daily plus marketplace on Facebook with a 100 mile range. This one was listed at 2100, then 1900 and I offered 800 and he took it. I got this one on Hilliard Rome road. Headlights are weird with minis. Mini owners want OEM lights and pay a premium. I do not like OEM headlights. I love black housing depo lights which are $120 for the set. That's what I went with for this car.

It has 104k miles. When I do sell I'll list for $5999 and it will bring close to that. 3600 for an 06 isn't a bad price.

I love minis. The front end cones off with 8 bolts and easy access.

Picked this up a couple months back. 05 convertible with 104k miles for $800. Sold the stock headlights for $600 so was into it for $200. I had a mini hood in the basement but picked up a front bumper cheap and had my.body guy color match. The car was is a low sipped 5 mph accident. Dent hood, bumper and broke the radiator pipe off. At this point I'm into it for $875ish. Mechanically it needed nothing. Runs and drives great. Since its an auto the wife wants to keep it. Waiting for my new headlights to come in then Its done.
