  1. This Sure there is a good deal occasionally but it is a massive risk over going to a lot or private party and being able to check it out and drive it.
  2. Lol is this s serious comment? No clue what my car would run. 600+ hp and 3600lbs, do the math. What's your lease payment? $410/mo?
  3. Oh I thought we were both assuming each other's cars were only around for drag racing.
  4. Car and driver review for your car. At least we now know why you bought your car
  5. Windows movie maker Never clicked back so fast Use something other than a gopro
  6. Never showed because im not driving 4+ hours round trip to drag race a 14 second car....

    Indy 500

Sight lines are garbage for the 500 Side note, I am beyond excited to see these at the Indy GP
  8. Hell my dad slapped the shit out of me many a time even in high school and I'm not that old..mid 20's. The slaps got less intense once I threw his ass down, but still slapped none the less
  9. Wait you still have that mustang?
  10. Lmao Got outed ".....They enabled me to eliminate almost $9,000 in debt in just 3 1/2 years" Oooof. $250/month to the principal, $410/month to the interest :gabe:
  11. I will say new kias roughly 2012+ are ligtyears ahead of where they were in mid 00's.
  12. I'll still have job security, but would suck not being allowed to drive. Maybe I need to get rolling on starting an autonomous fleet maintenance company......
  13. This is me 100%. It was nice when CofJ was there, got some snacks and could make it enjoyable and an easy sell for the woman and/or friends. Now it's just "hey wanna go stand in a parking lot for two hours?" Grabbing coffee/food elsewhere is obviously still an option, but its tough in a loud car with a ridiculous clutch to hit a drive through, and I don't particularly enjoy parking in a tight lot on a busy Saturday morning with Dilberts out and about not paying mind to doors, kids, etc.
  14. Thats an issue I've run into. I'm (ideally) looking for a Victorian with at least a 2 car detached garage. Most are beyond repair or have been recently restored, neither are something I'm interested in.
  15. Off topic but is this for you? Let's see some pics, I've been dying to get an 1800's house that isnt in total disrepair lately
  16. X2 for non stainless unless you like feeling like a diabetic being poked so much, plus it can rub paint off metal easy
  17. For example the last cheap truck I bought Needed within the first months ownership -Transfer case -Trans -Outer tie rod ends -Belt -Knock sensors/wire harness -Plugs/wires What it needed asap -Fuel lines -Brake lines -Trans and oil cooler lines -U-joints Add up all that labor cost and parts mark up at a shop even without the trans and transfer case issues and it is likely $3k+ on top of what you already paid for the truck. Not to mention you still have to deal with the cigarette smoke left from the previous owner, the rips in seats, pet hair, etc. Beater trucks are cool, but definitely need a lot of DIY TLC to be cost effective.
  18. 6.7 Cummins and a Miata or similar I'd rather have a very very nice daily that isn't loud and can fare well in anything than a nice sports car and a beater truck. Youll get nickel and dimed to death on a POS truck. Brake lines, trans, brakes, bearings, suspension, shocks, bushings, rusty panels, rusted bed. The list goes on and labor isn't cheap when stuff gets rusty
  19. AN lines are dumb simple, if you have the time to drive them somewhere you've got the time to make them
  20. People hate on these Sit in one, better yet drive it, you'll see why it costs this much.
  21. Damn that's kickass Only downside for me is its only a 305
