We pay 1150 for a 2800 sqft brick split level.. Depends on replacement cost obviously, but some old materials are ridiculous now. We also have a pool, so that prob raises it.

Haven't checked at home, but at work we have basic time warner, and when I tried to turn on the Ryder cup, no channel.

I see it has a screen, so maybe by the time it passes through your dryer screen, then this, it is not bad. Probably could be improved with some cheese cloth etc... But you'd have to monitor it.

Have you noticed any extra dust from the lint? Dryers do expel a large amount of heat.

Yeah, has to be thick enough. Most people don't realize that a lot of colors require a base coat. Read up on which colors fade badly, etc....
